completed an online intake form for a case that this firm advertises it takes. Waited 1 week and never received a call back from them. Went on their website and messaged with an IM operator. She apologized and ASSURED me that they would reach out to me either today or tomorrow. 4 days then passed by. I messaged with the IM operator on their website. This person also apologized and stated she would expedite the matter (I think her name was Nicole) Fast-forward to today. It has been 4 additional days since the last time I reached out to them. I was assured MULTIPLE times that I would receive a call back/contact back. It seems to me that if this firm is this irresponsible with how they do business, they will likely be irresponsible with a potential case. Blatantly disrespectful towards prospective clients. I'm not the only one who has complained. BEWARE BEWARE. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

Some hit me from behind, ended up in a hospital and was in coma for a few days 2 girls were with me 1 had bruises all over and was bleeding bad the other one had a broken leg. My sister contacted this stealers and after getting out of the hospital they sent me to a bunch of Drs visits and therapies at the end he just gave me a little amount of money that wasn't even enough to buy a used car and without consulting me he just placed the money for the girls in a bank account for their college year, (we were so unexperienced at that time and didn't know what to d) went back years after and he just gave us a couple of hundreds that just made my girls crie. if they offered zero stars...id choose negative #5.a this is without a doubt, the worst "bottomfeeders, do nothings.." passing themselves off as attorneys. 2.5 years while they "represented" us...they told us to "expect" a settlement amount of $600,000 to $700,000. we had to drive from florida to san antonio texas to be depositioned. i was scheduled to be the first of two depositions. 9 am. and my attorney 9am show up in a blue sport coat covered in drywall dust...no tie! his shirt collar is hanging out of the jacket at his waist and his eyes were bloodshot. with two months left before settlement offer is made. they sent me a certified letter stating they decided not to finish and excused themselves "no fee" from representing us!!!!!!!!?????? we have been duped. after the depositions. we made 25+ attempts over 6 weeks simply requesting a "status report/update. not one response.!!!!!! keep away from these imposters. beware!!! read more

I approached these guys after being hit by a car. In the consultation the atty was telling me this was a slam dunk case as the entire thing was caught on video. They set me up w a doctor to help w my recovery so I started going daily. I go to the doctor today and he tells me the atty dropped my case. They didnt even have the common courtesy or professionalism to contact me themselves. So now, I have no atty, a 4000 dollar doctor bill and trying to figure out my next move. Don't hire this law firm unless you don't mind being shafted for hospital bill which the rookie attorney said had been paid. My case was a no fault car accident open and shut case the lady driving the other car ran a red light at 50 mph while texting I'd never had a car accident before, I'm a retired veteran living on a fixed income, to my surprise 2 yrs later I received $3500. hospital bill that to my understanding was already supposed to have been paid. I had called prior about this hospital bill and was assured all hospital bills had been paid out. Now two years later they are telling me that amount is my health insurance deductible for the accident involved care. I did not even know my insurance was paying for the other drivers fault.
