Relocating from the East Coast to Texas with a family is not simple, and Julie made the whole…read moreprocess feel manageable. We came in not knowing the areas, the differences between neighborhoods, or even what type of home made the most sense for us long term. Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.

This people are not only dishonest and crafty in finding all shady ways to charge you for maintaining their crappy place they rent you. Here name out, this people are professional and licensed cheaters and also day time robbers. One example is that they will take your security deposit money for no or little reason. They detained our security deposit for nothing. It does not matter whether you had a professional cleaners cleaning the place on our exist. These people will use old dirty pictures they had in file to use as a reason for detaining your security deposit. They exactly did that to us. The owner uses his "service" in the Air Force as an enticing mechanism. But he does not represent the good people in service. He has no ethics. It is un American that he uses the good name of our service men to take advantage of unsuspecting honest customers. Run away fast, if you are considering to give them a chance to do business. Run away fast.

I had called to find out if this was a mistake as I knew my lease was ending soon but hadn't made any plans to move out and wanted to renew. stay away from this company, run. I have had two loans that I had with another company get sold to…read morethese guys. They are horrible, you get charged fees that are never explained, never send bills, end of year, late notices nothing. Everything is autodrafted and I have asked for years for information and all they want is for me to pay them more money. I now have a loan that finished 3 years ago, I called 5 years ago to get the accounting in the account, they refused, never has sent me anything, just phone calls demanding money they can never explain.

I just happened to look at my account today while home sick, and found out that the company had…read morebeen charging me late fees for over a year, even though my scheduled auto-draft payment was coming out every month. I looked on their website and it said I didn't have any late charges or overdue payments or anything, so I was baffled. I first e-mailed Propel asking for someone to look into this, and was sent a generic e-mail in reply that simply had a copy of my statement. So I called the 800 #. I was sure they'd take off some or all of the late fees, which were clearly a mistake. I was making my payments every month, I was doing what I was supposed to! They wouldn't just charge me late fees month after month for that long without calling me, surely? There had to be a mistake somewhere, something that could be fixed, right? Wrong. The customer service agent was completely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I had apparently missed a payment like a year and a half ago, they never called me about it or sent me a letter, and so every month since then they were charging me "late fees", even though I was faithfully making my payments every month, never having a clue there was a problem. Everybody warned me in the beginning to avoid this company, and now I see why. They are predatory, they will bleed you for every penny possible with their fees and interest, preying on people in tough situations who have to take a loan to save their house. And then when you need help, their customer service is awful. I could not recommend strongly enough to people to stay away from Propel Financial Services.

I sign over my deed thinking I sold my house wholesale and that did not happen…read more The deed to my house is currently in the third party name. I'm disabled veteran and I used my va loan to purchase my home. I contacted veteran affairs and they told me I must hired a attorney because veteran affairs system see me still as the homeowner due to the va loan that's in my name. The person involved with this is victor maas he sold my deed to the 3rd party { a&e partners} and I move out {June 2016} thinking I did home sell wholesale which victor advise because he said there was no equity in my house that I would not pocket any money and with the real estate agent or [finders fee] and broker fees would take money from equity in the home sale and it would leave me with no money to be made off my house as a home owner due what he was charging to sell my home. Whole time he was just sitting on my deed and sold it to a&e partners for 20,000 which tried to sell my house for 285,000 on the black real estate market and at the time I owe like 214000. The market value for my house was 240,000 in 2016. Victor maas lied to me about the equity that was in my house victor maas didn't inform a&e partners that house is currently under a active va home loan which I still had all responsibility. Victor maas fool the people like they purchase my property for 20,000 because of deed was legally transfers to them. December 2016 I had to sue to get my deed back after i was told I been defraud. Victor maas demanded I pay him 20,000 in the month of august 2016 and he is going to bat high I get my deed back. He then said he did repairs that added up 20,000. That's what he told me he need 20,000 for and my house didn't have 20,000 in home repairs need to be done to do a home sale, the inside of my garage needed painted and I had a baseball size hole in the wall. Everything else I was good. He wasn't aware in august that I already know he sold my deed for 20,000 and I hired attorney. Whole time he demanding 20,000 from me so he can pay back a&E partners and he refuses to pay the a&e partners back the 20,000 he was paid from a&e partners and want me to pay it. He split the 20,000 with gelani his business partner that introduce me to victor maas. I move back in my resident august 2016 because I still had a mortgage payment and my house was empty. I had to make my mortgage payment and apartment payment at the same time and I had to break the lease in the apartment I was staying in peco flats. victor mass lied and said I contacted him because I needed help with my mortgage payment which I never did, I'm on fixed income and I always pay my mortgage on time,I have daughter that have 50 percent custody and I must be stable for livelihood. my mortgage at the time which was 1000 and I'm 100 percent disable veteran and I paid no property tax at the time . I just recent divorce 2015 and my x wife pressure me to sell the house in 2016 because she didn't want to wait on me to refinance. so I did va assumption to get her name remove off the loan and assume full responsibility of the va loan as the veteran because she has no rights, trust, liability and or any financial or tax obligation in the resident per divorce decree and she not a veteran . I couldn't proceed in the assumption or try again refinance at this time because the deed is in a&e partners name. I requested for attorney hector garza to remove his self from my case because he had no idea what he was doing, I went to
