I call and complain and my attorney James says oh I thought I told you. He knows he never told me about the changes. Completely ridiculous and unethical. I know you people don't care but you are ruining someone else's life. Furthmore, after reviewing my billing, I noticed that they charge whatever they feel like for phone calls. I have 3 minute phone calls charged for 10min. 10min phone calls charged for 30min. Do you guys charge whatever you feel like? This place needs to be reported.

I called the office within minutes of the message but was told that the attorney was no longer available and that I could reschedule my appointment if I wanted. I paid for a certain amount of time and wasn't even given the opportunity to speak with an attorney about the questions I had. Office manager said she wasn't sure why the attorney who left me the message wasn't available and that there were no other attorneys available. Do not recommend based on my experience. Will be reaching out to other agencies to address the questions I have.
