She didn't follow my request to cut my hair first so I wouldn't waste dye, and then she used both and applied it haphazardly and I have patches of blonde. My hair looks like I dyed it but it's washing out. I was so stressed from the pain I couldn't voice my concern after, and still ended up paying almost $200 for the worst hair experience I've had.
