This Bath & Body Works is located inside Fairview mall and this location is my favorite! This place has a ton of spa and home luxuries products, aromatherapy, signature collections, cosmetics, anti-bacterial hand soaps that come is a variety of scents, candles, and more at affordable prices. The store is big, well organized and spacious which allows you to browse smoothly. They even have a sink where you can test their products which is neat. The staff here is super helpful and always ready to assist you. I tend to come here often to stock up on scented candles for my home when they're having their 2 for $25 deal on 14.5oz candles (reg $22.50 each). They have a ton of neat seasonal collections and scents for all products; twisted peppermint is my ultimate favorite scent from their winter collection! The lotions, hand sanitizers, candles, body washes and more are amazing here. If you're looking for thick and ultra-moisturizing body butter, I would suggest going to The Body Shop because the body butters here are watered down in comparison. Overall, this Bath & Body Works location is a great place to find cool bath, body and home luxury products for yourself and for gifting purposes. This store is my heaven when it comes to products that make me feel so soft, smooth and smell yummy! When our lovely country finally brought Bath and Body Works to Canadian soil, I was so excited because I find this store always carries SO MUCH when it comes to bath, body and skin products and most important, they are WAY CHEAPER than the other bath and beauty stores out there today. The scents and flavour they have in body lotions, body creams, bath washes and more are incredible! From what I have counted in the store the last time I was in there, they must have at least 20 different options per season. This is wonderful because everyone likes different scents and enjoy various collections from this store. These scents are my absolutely favourites: - Country Apple - Juniper Breeze - Exotic Coconut - Mango Mandarin - Cucumber Melon - Irresistible Apple - Pearberry - Warm Vanilla Sugar - Wild Honeysuckle BUT all of the scents are wonderful! To find your personal favourites, store is equipped with tons of tester bottles for you to smell and try on your skin. And let's not forget the SALES and AMAZING DEALS! Throught the year, they always seem to have the BUY 6 ITEMS FOR $30!!! A few times a year, they discontinue some scents but it is amazing because they sell the leftover items from $3 to $6 per item! As for the home products, such as candles and aromatherapy, they have HUGE candles that smell delicious that cost around $6. Bath and Body Works will always be a fave of mine. I like this location best in the city because for some reason they really go above and beyond with customer service compared to other locations. They are not overly aggressive but they can answer questions about products if necessary. Of course I love shops full of smelly stuff like this, so I can't walk past without going in. I really try to restrain myself from buying much until they have their bi-annual mega sale! You can't beat the deals and it lasts for at least 3 weeks. This is definitely on the top of my list when it comes to buying gifts :) read more

They have a great way of targeting females to enter the store. Girly packaging with flowers and tropical fruits and pictures of the Eiffel tower, and we're sold! I honestly think that most of their products smell the same, but what makes me come back to purchase more body washes is the consistency of the products with Shea butter and Vitamin E and of course the delusion of being pampered by using a chemical cleanser that smells like flowers and fruit. The products are quite expensive. A regular bottle of shower gel is $13. They make you think you're saving when they give you 3 free products with the purchase of 3, but if you think about it you're actually spending $40 for 6 bottles of shower gels that you don't need. Why do I keep coming back for more? Some of their fragrances are nostalgic for me since I've been using their products for many years now and I love to smell girly. I tried to purchase a less expensive body wash from the Body Shop of $9 recently and unfortunately only one of their shower gel products has Shea butter in it and they don't smell as strong as Bath and Body Works' products. read more

Okay, I stated in my previous reviews that I refused to give this place 5 stars until I saw the Temptations line back in stores. For those who are unfamiliar - if you've ever seen the Philosophy 3-in-1 shower gel/bubble bath/shampoo at Sephora, B&BW Temptations are the same thing and actually made by Philosophy as well. Except they are $12, not $21. Well guess what I saw this weekend? So yes, it may only be for the holidays, but my Temptation 3-in-1s are back, Bath and Body Works' other products are really growing on me, and yeah, the sales associates are still a bit overbearing, but they are also friendly so I can deal with it. The fact that I was just there this weekend and already want to go back shows me that this store is officially 5-star review-worthy. read more

Always a great place to buy soaps, candles and everything PRETTY! I must say they definitely have an awesome variety of hand soaps, which is why I was here in the first place! Depending on the season, the scents of soaps are impressive. What ever you could imagine they usually and already have, seriously! Prices are pretty reasonable, remember your in a specialty store, and they usually have sales so you will wind up getting a reasonable deal. But most importantly you'll wind up with a happy wife and that leads to a happy life. This place is far better than The Body Shops selection, atleast in my opinion. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times. This store is usually well-stocked, organized and almost all the employees here are very friendly and interactive and willing to help. They always have promotions and sales on all their products which is an added plus. I wanted to share with everyone, my last experience at Bath & Body Works. The last time I came to visit was probably the best experience I have had in a retail store in a while. I called the location because I was specifically looking for a 3-wick candle and asked if they had it in stock. Cheryl, the lady that I was speaking to over the phone, said she would put two on hold for me to pick up. I went there after work and she had them all ready for me, but they were the Christmas scented candle that she put on hold, rather than the original candle that I was specifically looking for. She then apologized and asked which other location that I was willing to travel to so that she could call and check with the other stores. I told her I already went to another location and they were sold out of it. She called the location that she lives close to and asked them to put two on hold for her to pick up. She further explained that she would pick it up for me, refund it at her store and I would be able to pick it up because she felt bad for the misunderstanding. I have never had someone go above and beyond like Cheryl did. All I was expecting was a sympathetic apology. I went to pick it up a couple days later and the other manager whom was working was also very friendly and told me that Cheryl apologizes again. For me, this experience of exceptional customer service wants me want to come back again and again. It's rare to find good customer service these days. I highly recommend this location and I would like to recognize Cheryl for what she did to help me. read more
