This was a place I'd use whenever I needed a truck or ute. Rang not so long ago to rent a truck, the time before that would have been 6 months. Unfortunately this time I get the officious older lady on the phone who gives me rates that were quite a bit more than I'd ever paid before. Also a charge of $20@day for a lousy trolley. Handy for me to pickup the truck from Toronto yard. So ok we reserve a truck and trolley for two days. I organise a crew to move a house full of furniture etc; from the vineyards. She calls me an hour later and tells me that not only can I not pickup the truck from Toronto yard but the truck I reserved is interstate and won't be available. Piss poor service and bad attitude. Now I use Newcastle Truck Rental in Argenton. That day I saved $70.00 by switching companies. We were actually moving all of the household contents to Toronto and when we drove past their yard throughout the day there were trucks just like the one I reserved sitting there idle. I was told on the phone that there were no options and nothing they could do. Never use them again, nor will the people I deal with. read more

Amazing customer service. Trucks are clean and in excellent working order. Blankets, ropes and even a dolly were included. The price is unbeatable for all the inclusions. Will definitely be a return customer in the future. read more

Established in 1989.

From humble beginnings....Currently located across the road from our original premises, our current owners purchased the business in 2007, as they saw a great opportunity to accommodate a growing range of needs from the community. The fleet was to include Pantech trucks, HiAce vans, utes and people movers. This would allow the community to have a local business providing affordable and reliable rentals. Growing with our customers....Our signature personalised hire packages were developed by listening to our customer's needs. Our customers wanted to be able to reserve a hire package based solely on their requirements, knowing the cost of their journey up front, with no hidden costs.
