The lady on the phone assured him that the cab will be there. The cab never showed up, he called the office and the lady told him that the cab should be there and she is not able to call the driver because the driver doesn't have a phone and there is no way to contact him. She was very unprofessional and it is surprising that companies like Christine's taxi exist.
