This is my second terrible experience in less than a year with Jackson tire. The first time I left my vehicle overnight so they could "start on it first thing the next morning" and was promised it would be done the following afternoon by close. When I stopped by just before close to pick it up, they had my vehicle torn apart and told me they had just started it 30 min prior to my arrival. I wound up going two more days without a vehicle, after which they still made me pay full price.They also put one of the pieces in wrong which caused me to have to replace the piece again 2 months later. Recently I went to get an inspection and was told by the lady behind the counter they could get me in, in an hour. I left and then returned an hour later. After setting 2 more hours I was finally given an inspection 3 hours after being told it would be one. This place was awesome when I was a kid, but I will never do business here again because of what this place has become. There is a reason I selected a star, because no stars is not an option, and this is what they earned. -That is all
