I called Redemption Motorsports because of all the amazing things I have heard about the shop. They got my car in the same day! I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have. Honestly when I was there they made me feel like family, what other shop is like that around here??? Got a transmission installed and was over charged. They replaced a transmission cooler according to…read morethe invoice but my vehicle does not have an external one its part of the radiator. If they replaced the trans cooler they would have to replace the whole radiator but there is no line for radiator or coolant on this invoice. Basically they are adding stuff to invoices just to turn a profit. Lying about what work they actual are doing. Its nice to know that corporate mechanics are still out there stealing from honest working Americans. Already canceled payment with my credit card, sent photos showing that the radiator was not replaced and the cooler lines were never touched. They will get what's coming to them, will never recommend a place like this again.

We were on our way home to canada and our 2010 suburbans transmission was making a horrible sound…read more our transmission was rebuilt a few months back in canada and it appears that the shop that rebuilt my transmission did not use new bolts when the put in the new torque converter (2 of the 3 bolts were loose) everyone here was understanding and they did an amazing job of getting us back on the road the same day. aamco has a new lifelong customer!!! thank you everyone at the joplin aamco!!
