Elizabeth is a straight up pole scientist, dropping knowledge at every turn and breaking down moves analytically so we can understand the separate pieces that lead to the final flow. You really have to experience her class physically to understand what a talented and intelligent teacher she is but I'm trying to give an idea. There's plenty of repetition and explaining so the moves can really get into your body. So basically if pole was offered as part of a master's program in university Elizabeth would be your professor!
