Very poor experience with this firm. Though the founder made very big promises at our initial meeting regarding the course that my case would likely take, he was unable to deliver on them. Also, though he assured me that he would be personally involved in the process, he handed it off to a paralegal and a couple junior associates, who did not really seem to know what they were doing. I was suing for a discrimination violation in the first situation and in the second, I had The Cardoza Law Firm defending a relative in a minor criminal offense. Four years ago my son was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident that involved a police pursuit, ultimately leading to a long and tedious journey through the court system. I don't recommend this lawyer at all. I hired this lawyer for a federal criminal case. This lawyer doesn't have knowledge or experience with federal criminal case. He couldn't answer many of my questions. I had to terminate him after a few weeks, then find someone else. With just few weeks and nothing was done, he charged me thousands of dollars.
