I later got scolded, and what felt like retaliation they tried to suspend me for a month regarding my uniform. I was new and only had 2 uniform tops working 50 hours a week. There was one day I was out of the uniform top, Which I wore a sweatshirt over. They did not give me a verbal warning and tried to suspend me, but then HR realized they were not following their own policlies and took back the suspension and just gave me a written warning. After that they told me the following week my hours were going to be cut more than half! I am a student and a full time worker and I support myself I do not recommend this workplace, the employees always talk about how new employees don't last long and I see why!

The ad for this job was for a CNA supervisor position, when arrived the owner stated the "position was already filled, they were looking for a backup in case they needed to fire the present employee." Weird but okay. Why advertise for a job that's already filled? Applicant was subsequently hired after first meeting as a caregiver per diem. Met second time again in a Dunkin' Donuts with "office manager." Signed paperwork, gave copies of drivers license, insurance, etc. After one week of being hired, ZERO contact from employer regarding work. Supposedly they were trying to find a client for care. Recieved text regarding a potential client every other weekend 10 hour shifts and a couple days during the week. Applicant/employee stated very early on that 4 hour shifts worked better, stating this because they applied for a position that didn't exist! Wanted to feel the company out. Recieved text two weeks later asking if I was interested in client 4 hours on Wednesday's, said yes I was. Office manager said she was would let me know that Monday whether it was official. HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THIS EMPLOYER AGAIN. That was a month ago. My prior insurance made it very difficult to find anyone that would take me in for outpatient therapy, as co-pays were astronomical. For someone who's been struggling like myself, therapy is a must. It's now been a few weeks since I've started going to therapy at Waterstone and I'm incredibly grateful for the therapist I'm working with. She is truly fabulous! I'm so glad to have been referred to such a great outpatient therapy center, as I truly don't regret choosing to come here! There is no other place I'd rather go for weekly sessions.
