To get test results through the phone they charge $25 which is ridiculous and inhumane, no clinic does this but this location. They will misdiagnose you so you can buy medication on their pharmacies and then if the medicine doesnt work you have to go back to get another diagnoses and they will charge you for the visit. When Miami Jewish transferred her care to their "in house" hospice care, Seasons, the doctor was an animal who would not allow her to have her anxiety meds. We kept trying to get her doctor who now was no longer her doctor because she was in Seasons care to tell them how much this helped her. There was no reason to make my mother's last four days on this earth so horrifying and her final words to me were "What did I ever do to you that you are letting them treat me this way?" I am haunted all the days of my life. We filed a complaint with Miami Jewish and I don't know if they are on the premises there any longer, but use Seasons Hospice nowhere!!!!!

We chose them because they sounded like they were going to make sure our mom had the care she would need when she needed it and would keep us updated on her status since we could not visit because she was dying of covid. We just wanted to make sure she was comfortable and pain free in her last few days. Imagine not being able to be with your mom and hold her while she dies. Now imagine that your told that the hospice nurse would give your family updates at least once a day and you didn't hear a peep from them. That's what we got from seasons. And excuses. And when called, your call goes straight to voicemail. It's unthinkable and heartbreaking. I was able to speak to the nurses at the hospital to get status updates on my own, they didn't forward my calls to voicemail. The only thing I'm grateful for is that we didn't have to deal with this shameful business for long because mom passed away quickly.

I live down the block and, unfortunately, my insurance no longer works with CVS, so I'm forced to come here a lot. I've never seen such an inefficient and understaffed pharmacy. If I have to pick up a prescription, I allocate at least 30 minutes. I have literally wasted days of my time over the past two years waiting just to pick up medication. On top of that, the general store is the most under stocked location that I've ever seen. You can't rely on this store for anything.
