My mother needed a person to help her while I worked only two days a week and we hired this company. They charged us $25 for the interview and said they would charge $25 per hour for her devices. The scheduled interview was canceled by the agency and resc for another day because they said something came up and the woman couldn't make it. I said will this be a problem in the future because this is not a good first impression and I need to be sure she is reliable. The woman they sent for an interview was very nice and my mom liked her so we didn't continue to interview anyone else. The day she showed up about 4 hour in she called me telling me she needed to leave early for an emergency at her home. I said ok because what else could I say. So my mom was left alone until I could get there. When I arrived home my mother told me how unclean the woman was and how she tried to use a dirty spoon from the bottom of the sink to stir her food until my mom stopped her amongst other things. She also told me the reason the woman left was because her nephew who lives with her was sick vomiting and needed to be taken to the hospital. My mother just got out of the hospital and was still incredibly weak from being there for a month. I ended up cleaning the house from top to bottom, worried that my mother would get whatever germs her nephew had after my long day of work and being exhausted myself. I tried communicating with the woman in the home health office and she gave me an attitude. We just received the bill for services of $200 for one day of work when it was a complete disaster and I had to clean everything from the door knobs to the chairs to the entire kitchen everything that she touched. I even had to throw away food in the refrigerator because she had touched it. Don't bother using this place. They are not responsible and clearly don't care about the people they are watching. Obviously, I fired them after the first day , I can't believe they charged us for that day when it was a complete disaster they should be ashamed .

I bought a Groupon 6 months ago for SOFFER Health in Deerfeild and saw no results with Saline Injections, as well as NO doctor- and I went twice!!! What a waste of time and money. Beacuse i still had the issue i went looking again. This experience was different. I met a vascular surgeon. They preformed a sonogram on my legs, and the doctor did the injections. The even gave me an anitbiotic. It was a great experience. And the doctor took time to explain to me that this was medicine not saline. As well as my situation and care.

Today they would not treat my $460 cosmetic procedure, which was to be paid in full, if I did not pay a remainder balance of $36 I posted in the mail last week and, apparently, has not been processed by main office yet. Not willing to pay anymore, they lost this patient. Appointment times are a joke. Everyone tells you a different story to get your business. I don't recommend this place at all.
