Make sure you don't EVER forget to refill your medication with them because they won't refill it even if they know you don't have enough doses, the staff does and informs the doctor with information as they please. They'll answer the phones when they choose, one time I was on hold for 60 minutes plus, I was so frustrated I drove there and was still on hold when I got to the front desk. I showed the girl the phone and the timer that said 60+ minutes, she could care less. JUST DO YOUR JOB. Some people who work here should just not work in health care, especially in this field. Often times they've made me feel like crying by treating me like scum. I have severe nerve damage from a lung surgery and depression because of my pain, because of things like these you always have to treat people with respect and kindness. You never know what they're dealing with on the inside. It sounds so small, but being treated with respect and kindness can make a lot of difference for some people. I'm going to start going to a different office because I don't feel like their doing anything for my pain besides throwing medication at me. I am glad I am able to live my life because I wouldn't be able to without my medication, but I don't want this forever, I want to find out what's wrong with me and everything we can do to help.

Upon asking to speak to the Office manager I was blown off by her as was the issue of her rude staff. I'm pretty sure if the Dr. who owns this practice knew the treatment and lack of concern by the management for said behavior would not be happy with the poor customer service his employees convey. It was annoying that patients who were getting procedures done had to pay for parking without notice. The worst is their answering service. Trying to call these people is an exercise in futility. They either don't answer the phone, letting it ring incessantly, or pick it up and hang up on you. We have been attempting to call about test results, that had been promised to be back last week sometime, and no one will answer the phone or return calls. It's highly frustrating that something as important as someone's health is being ignored. The answering service also seems woefully uninformed about who they are representing, and not well trained at all. It might be better to hire a few dedicated receptionists rather than use a service that is frankly sub-par at best.

I was escorted from my car to the exam room which is COVID procedure. The office employee entered my info into the computer and verified my pharmacy info. Dr. Ashley Fought came in and examined my foot. She said she was going to call in a script to my pharmacy and again verified which one I use. Three days later I called the pharmacy and they said they never received it. I called the Dr. office and they said they didn't have my pharmacy info! I again gave it to them (why didn't they call me to get it when the Dr. gave them the script?) and got a notice from the pharmacy they were trying to contact the office to see if they could use a different med since it wasn't covered. They tried 3 times and never got a response. I called the office again and they said the pharmacy never called and they have to fax a request. I gave the pharmacy the fax number and as of today, 8/28, an after faxing 3 times, still no answer from the office. Finally the pharmacist recommended an over the counter med. Don't know if Dr. Fought knows how incompetent her front desk is. I will never go back or recommend them.
