My mother's condition had greatly degraded in a very short period of time and as a result, we needed full-time care, until we could move my mom out of her home and into a proper care facility. Kelly was able to provide 24/7 care in less than a days notice. We called other services that cost less, but they did not make us feel confident during initial interactions. We could not find another service that we felt comfortable with leaving a PSW alone with my mom. I never knew this service existed!…read more You know how back in the old days, a doctor would roll up in a horse carriage and visit your bedside? Well, this is the same thing, except there's no horses involved and it doesn't cost anything [as long as you have a valid health card]. I was a little weary at first, but since I don't have a family GP, I tend to go to local walk-in clinics and... well, that's never happening again! No more waiting in crowded waiting rooms, no more taking time off work, no more TTC when you feel like crap, no more overusing hand-sanitizer. I called and left a voicemail and less than 20 minutes later had an appointment booked for the next day. Doctor came by to my place on time and was very professional. I was back to napping in no time. Will use again and will definitely recommend!

Doctor came, was efficient, subscribed the right meds, went to the pharmacy and got them and my mother was feeling better by day two. 30 minutes total time. How can you compare this to a 6 hour plus trip at the emerge. Would recommend in a heart beat. This is exactly what this province needs.

She provided us with a lovely PSW with just 4 hours notice of my father being released from hospital. She also scheduled PSWs at awkward times with little notice for the rest of the week. We ended up arranging for a regular PSW, Placide, who was caring, kind, gentle and engaged my father with history discussions so my mother could have a break. When my father was admitted to the hospital again within a few weeks, Dianne and Placide were on it. Placide spent 12-hour overnight shifts in the hospital with my Dad (I didn't even know this was an option until Dianne suggested it). It was extremely necessary given his state and Placide was able to calm him and take excellent care of him, calling nursing staff and doctors when necessary. Placide worked tirelessly for 8 days straight without a day off. He was there when my father passed. Dianne and Placide gave our family great peace of mind and took excellent care of my father. Dianne even came to my dad's funeral visitation and service and sent me mother flowers and a lovely note of condolence. Just really unbelievable care and service, even though we only engaged with them for a relatively short time. Outstanding care. Thank you, Dianne and Placide, from the bottom of our hearts.

visited first time from Toronto, I am sure the most basic of the basic stores like this have their…read moreuse in the community and it's not their fault if people don't donate but my review is one from a casual thrifter who is not a person in need and I must say the selection was dismal. much of the rack space was empty in this small store and what they had were nonames and old clothes from 70-90s, you are able to look through it all in practically 5 minutes. they try to make up for the lack of donations pricing for example hollister (not bnwt!) shorts for $9.99 which is ridiculous, I am sure these will be sitting there until the sale. I am sure staff is nice however I didn't have to talk to them as I left empty handed.
