In my time there I did experience the negative management that previous reviews have mentioned but in July 2023, new management took over and brought the most incredible positive change to the business. I felt and saw a change in the atmosphere, in the other staff and the children too. I felt more comfortable talking to management, more supported in my programming and teaching and just generally I was much happier at work. I recently just moved country hence why I no longer work in Little Tots but was so sad to have to leave.

Each class is equipped with a computer and tablet to communicate with parents and/or caregivers through the HiMama app. The preschool classes have Smart Boards installed for children to have hands-on interaction with technology that is educational. Little Tots' Manor has an in house chef who preps and cooks all meals on-site and a Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Founder, Director, Supervisor, Assitant Supervisor, and Assistant to Director are available to support the staff or answer any question the parents may have. They are caring, attentive and ensure the residents are as comfortable as possible. There are a few rotten apples on staff but overall they are fantastic. They have activities for the residents, a tv room, an activity room, reading room. The resident Doctor is kind, very knowledgeable and available when needed. Overall this is the best LTC home where all rooms are private.

The staff is very friendly and caring and due to the language barrier, whenever they dont know what is bothering my mom they will call us so that we can talk with her and find out if there is anything that they can do to make her feel better. They always engage the residents in different activities, for instance, they decorate the Christmas tree together, draw, plant vegetables, hold music shows, paint vases, etc.... Hope Kensington Gardens continues to offer the quality care with the dignity our senior family members deserve to have, for many years!
