Families expect trained individuals to show up when Scheduled and understand the task at hand,this is not the case with this agency. To be honest ,many home care agency offer little to no training before sending what you think is a Healthcare worker to your home. Please when looking for an agency ask questions,like how much experience their employees have ,is there a training program the HHA took with the company. Here is the amusing part of this agency,they send a field tech for pop up visit to see how the HHA is doing. Why? Do you know they are hired online,sight unseen? Again ,most agencies. Scary!!! Do your research before hiring,save yourself and loved one headaches and much worse. What the agency charges you or Ins co. I would never recommend this company to work for or select to care for your loved ones. They will hire anyone as long as they are not a felon and they do not properly orient or prepare their caregivers with adequate information about the clients they are going to. The organization is extremely mismanaged and they do not have a case manager to support the case and the care . The office staff itself is highly disorganized and dysfunctional, and it will reflect on the caregivers that they send and the care they provide. Do not choose this agency to care for your loved ones unless you want your caregiver to have a criminal record and to not show up , or show up whenever they please with no notification from the office about changes in your schedule. read more

A different care giver comes every time making it difficult for someone unable to get around well to explain tasks each time. The care givers arrive consistently late. We asked for assistance with rides to appointments but some care givers arrive without cars. One asked if there were any cameras soon after he arrived. I would NEVER recommend this company to provide care for loved ones. read more

this co. is so bad & lie through there teeth, and they were perminetaly legally shut down awhile back, i was told by brett, it's because of really bad caretakers they had. and apparently the gov't. is allowing them another chance,my case manager set me up with them about 1 1/2 month ago & only 2 out of the many girls they sent me were ( alcholics, drug addics ) - i would " not " let them in my house, quite of them live in there cars, 3 of the girls said they were hired from rehabs or outside methadone clinics, they've caused me to miss dr's app. liver ultrasounds & more, do not trust your elderly family member with that co. ellen read more

We have had a great experience with the Careco staff. My mother was having a difficult time taking care of herself, and I was doing everything I could to help, but the issues continued to pile up. I knew it was time to find a better solution. What I liked about Careco was they had a variety of services that I could start small with and add to it as she needed more help. The staff has been really easy to deal with and they are always available. I have been super impressed with how quickly they call back if they don't answer. read more
