After approximately 3 weeks I sent an email requesting information on the status. There was no response after about a week so I again submitted for a status update. Nothing... I then texted the company and after a couple texts received a response that they were backed up but they would check the status. I heard nothing back again. So I figured I would attempt one more time and got a response 2 weeks later that they would check the status. It is unfortunate because this company came with great reviews and seemed to be successful. Not sure what the current disconnect is but they do not follow up as promised.
