I felt lost, unlovable, and disconnected to my inner power. My thoughts were more negative than positive, and my depression was turning me into a self-absorbed mess. Straight away, Becky was able to sift through the muck and envision a path for me that I never knew existed. What I love about Becky's approach is that she gives actionable steps that yield long lasting results. Whether it is journaling, doing an act of kindness for your neighbor, or (for me) starting a business, these actions allow you to get out of your own mind, think about how to connect with the world at large, and use your unique strengths to serve and heal others. Through the process of building my business, I learned how to harness my clarity and creativity. I learned that the only option I had was to flip my negative thoughts into positive actions and lean into the present moment of uncertainty. I started to reach for the stars and open my mind up to possibilities. I started to believe that I had a special role in this life and that I could, in fact, make a difference. I began to feel the Earth under my feet and could finally feel grounded in my choices. AND THE COOLEST PART was when I learned that this is the key to... well, life. Life is uncertain. But as long as you continue moving with intention and purpose, the outside noise begins to quiet down, and the road ahead can start to feel exciting and not scary. I think this is what Becky was trying to teach me the whole time :) But that's the great thing about Becky - she lets you answer the big questions all on your own. I highly recommend Becky to anyone who feels like they have hit rock bottom. Working with Becky can be tough. She has a powerful energy and is not afraid to strip you down to your core, often leaving you feeling raw and vulnerable. But she does so through love.
