Carrie has come to my rescue numerous times: furnace/heat problems, broken guage on my propane tank, generator cleaning and recommended adjustments, solar/battery power issues a punctured tire and even getting thru / unstuck in washes. She was patient and kind, never patronizing or condescending - like some of the males around. She was expedient and able to calm my fears, frustration and anxiety. She even walked me thru everything she was doing so I could do it myself later - if needed. And since I wanted to learn more about my RV, she provided links to training videos she recorded. Carrie shows great qualifications and prior to the inspection she sounded like she was very…read moreknowledgeable with inspecting any type of RV including a Motorhome which is what we needed. When we had her inspect a 2003 Beaver Motorhome she missed some very important aspects of the Motorhome and didn't seem very familiar with major common systems in the coach, therefore many things were missed or inaccurate on her report. For example, she was not familiar with Aqua Hot so she never checked it and when she turned on the water to test whether or not it was getting hot she gave us temperatures in the 60's leading us to believe the water wasn't getting hot but she didn't leave it on long enough for the temps to rise. When she tested the washer/dryer combo she never even checked to see if the water supply was turned on to it which it was not and reported to us that the rinse cycle was not working because there was no water coming out. She also never checked the suspension airbags, as well as the tag axle switch to see if they actually raise and the list goes on. Would definitely never use her again nor would we recommend her. We feel it was a total waste of money because after much conversation with the owners of the coach, they were able to prove that her report was very inaccurate.

I called prior to bringing it and the man told me they would be able to handle it but it wouldn't be until tomorrow morning (Thursday) which is completely understandable. So I brought it in Wednesday as he suggested. Thursday afternoon I call to get an update and am told that they couldn't get to it but first thing in the morning they would. Again understandable seeing as they are busy. Friday afternoon rolls around and I haven't heard from them so I call again. He stated that they didn't get to it today so it would be Monday. I asked him what position I was in line to be worked on and his response was "I have 2 very small jobs in front of you so I'll be starting around noon on Monday." So I bring it back Monday.... no call.... Tuesday rolls around and I'm sick of it so I went up there to check on it. They haven't even looked at it yet. So I plead my case with the man and tell him "you told me last Wednesday it would be first thing in the morning and it is now next Tuesday" his response was that he NEVER told me any time frame..... so I laughed and left. I left their parking lot and went to the next RV center 15 mins away. They immediately looked at my ACs and told me what was wrong in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.
