I went there for my 6yr old's ear infection. It was a Sunday and not very busy. We waited for 10 minutes before being called in. I'd say the whole process took about 30m. The office lady, PA, and Dr. were all very kind with my son. I always try to get rid of infections homeopathically first and the Dr. supported that but agreed after a few days of his pain increasing it was time to try something different. This was a while ago, so some of the details might be different, but a majority is accurate. So, about 3-5 years ago, I had infection of some sort, so I went here. Covid was happening, but they still got me an appointment. You make an appointment on their website, then they call/text you telling you have an appointment and when you should be able to come. I had absolutely no problem with that. It was the care when it went somewhat downhill. Got in, yet they made me wait about 20-40 minutes. I Was a bit annoyed, because they said you were able to come in when they text you, not sit and wait a few minutes. Finally, they got me in. Asked me the normal checkup questions, how old are you? Do you have any symptoms of sickness? Blah Blah Blah. Waited a few minutes for doctor... but that was just it. Prescribed me a medication that tasted disgusting but did help a little bit. Don't think it tasting disgusting is their fault, but still really gross. But I waited 35 MINUTES FOR A 10 MINUTE CHECKUP AND A DISGUSTING MEDICINE. The staff were nice though, so that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. read more

I came here on Thursday. I was seen within 10 minutes which was awesome!! I met with the nurse last week. He was very nice. I then met Dr. Harry, who was inquisitive and caring about my health. Dr. Harry ended up getting me an X-ray and medicine for my issue. They also were willing to order my scripts for me and I was able to pick them up the same day. Horrible! Went there for a UTI. We were told it was appropriately a 2 hr wait and recommended we go home and schedule an appt. online. We went home and attempted to schedule an appointment but the site wouldn't accept our info. We went back and heard another patient had the same problem. Finally saw the physician, told him I've had UTI'S in the past and needed an antibiotic until I saw my primary tomorrow. He tested my urine, refused to give me a script and told me I needed to go to the ER. Went to ER and that physician couldn't believe he wouldn't give me a RX. Four hrs in the ER! Never will I ever go there again or recommend them! What a waste of time! read more

Visiting Port Saint Lucie with my family and a few of us started feeling unwell, turned out to be covid. We came to this CareNow location and they took very good care of us! We registered online and waited for the text to go to the location. Once arriving we only waited 10 minutes to be seen and the entire visit was about 45 minutes. You make an appointment online and get a text that tells you to wait at home until they tell you to come in. Got my text at 11:30 and headed to the office. I get there just about noon and they tell me my appointment was at 11 and it's going to be a bit of a wait. What a joke!!!!! read more

Called, phone rang for about 10 minutes, no answer so I drove there. Upon getting there the woman at the front seat clearly heard me say I had cloudy urine and needed to check for UTI she gives me paper work. I sit in my car to fill it out come back In And she says "I tHoUgHt YoU sAId YoU HaD ClOudY VisIoN" the bathrooms aren't working so he can't see you. RIDICULOUS! One person ln lobby on arrival. They said they had been waiting 50 minutes. Apparently only 1 doctor at location. We waited over an hour before seeing doctor. Never had this wait at other locations in Jensen Beach. This is last visit to this location. read more

I just recently moved into this area so I'm still not familiar with places yet. I went to this walk in where everyone was very friendly and they got me back rather quick. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing she was very sweet and compassionate, the doctor came in a few minutes later and did the exam and was really fast which I didn't mind at all. Although the exam visit cost $170 with my insurance it was worth it since the staff was very friendly and got me in and out so *second time going to this urgent care and still I am impressed with how friendly the staff was. I went in for coughing/chest pain and NP Aaron Simmons took great care of me and advised me well. This is going to be my go to urgent care now. read more

Went in today and the wait was over 90 minutes which as much as it sucks it wasn't their fault. My issue is that I am in a wheelchair with very limited use of my leg and they have no handicap spots nor any way for a patient to get onto the sidewalk no ramps, no dips to roll onto, they have nothing. Some nice young guy helped me up the foot high sidewalk, but how does an urgent care have ZERO accessibility for handicap patients? read more

They only take back one patient, see that one patient for about 45mins-60mins and then will see the next patient. If people book online and do not show up all of that time is wasted with the doctor not seeing any patients in the mean time. If waiting room is completely empty with you there alone and five people booked online and do not show you will wait for 2.0 hours until their times have expired. Unfortunately our experience with Care Now was horrible to say the least. We needed a PCR test for travel within 72 hours of our flight. Our tests were actually lost and had to be re-done. We missed our flight and Had to book another one three days later. The cost of three new international flights nearly doubled, and the three days of stress nearly ruined our trip. Needless to say, do not even consider using Care Now for any PCR or antibody test results if you need them in a timely matter. read more

Took discharge papers to pedicatric dr and they put things on there that my child didn't have. Very horrible place. So the wait could be several more hours! What? Yeah, I left. Even though it says it's a walk-in clinic, don't go there without an appt. better yet, don't go there at all. for your health, don't go there. Triaging is an urgent care process in which this location refuses to participate. My husband cut his finger (this was NOT an ER situation) but it was exactly what an urgent care is for!! We were turned away as they were too busy with people sitting in the waiting room! They told us to find another place to go. This was unacceptable and I will find how to make a formal complaint. They refused to provide me with the Medical Director's card...they told me they do not provide that information to the public. Now we are the public! I thought we were patients that needed care. I paid $140 for a Dr. to "gently" scold me for not having a Primary Dr. I am in for possibly inflamed thyroi and dizziness. She told me it was not possible for me to be dizzy and loose my balance as those are 2 different things. She called me 'honey' the entire visit. Her was condescending and not very helpful at all. Not once did look at my thyroid or attempt to examine it. She never offered to do bloodwork and insisted an Urgent care is only for short term care. I had to tell her the website states they offer thyroid panel before she agreed to do it. She the told me she could run the test but will not read then so I will need to take them to a Dr. I was then quoted $100 PLUS unknown lab fees. If they don't read your blood work, why do it??? I was not going for thyroid maintenance, I was going out of concern because I had no idea what has happening to me. About an hour later I went to the hospital and they told me my thyroid was swollen just by looking at it. To confirm, the DR. felt my neck and confirmed it was swollen. They preformed CT and they were able to tell me exactly what they saw. This is NOT how your treat patients coming in for HELP. Who cares if I don't have a Primary care. I paid for medical care and instead got a speech telling me in in the wrong place. read more

Well as far as going for a bad cold I had could not work I work on the phone and had lost my voice but now 2 days later feeling much better and can return to work tomorrow that being said nice staff sat maybe 5 minutes the nurse was very nice the doctor on staff was caring prescribed me steroids and an inhalor for an urgent care clinic I give 5 stars because I have been before and a Dr there said I needed my gallbladder removed went to the hospital and he was right it was removed the next day so 2 doctors there I know are great Doctors wish I could have them as a primary Dr the search continues read more

Doctor prescribed meds that were "overkill" for my symptoms - a Steroid with an antibiotic that Do NOT mix well- when other more effective meds are better. Had to goto MY pharmacy for help when the side effects made me Worse!! Don't GO here seek Help elsewhere. read more

I was told when I came in that the visit would be $98 to $140 depending on services as I am self pay. There is a sign in the waiting room that ranges from $60 on up. The nurse came in and took my information. She was very pleasant. The Dr. came in a did a quick examination. He seemed very offish. He felt it was most likely a virus. He wanted to do a flu test. Since I was a bit foggy, I did not object as the test as a virus or flu is the same, meaning nothing to do but be comfortable and ride it out. I would have appreciated the clarification of why we were running this. So the test is negative. I don't need a prescription as I have over the counter medication that will will work. I go to check out and am told an outrageous $240 because the office visit was $140 (why?) which is a discount for paying at the time of service, and the swab of my nose was $100. I came to this clinic, before it changed hands, whenever ill as it is in my neighborhood. I was always pleased with the staff and care. I will be finding another clinic who's policy of charges are a bit clearer and has an understanding of people don't really want to pay for what they do not need. An Update: I just received a bill today for $114 for services I have already paid for. When I was leaving I was not satisfied to have just a credit card receipt. I asked for a breakdown of charges and that clearly shows a zero balance. Make sure to ask for an itemized bill! read more

This is the second time that I go to this facility and check in stay for hours and every single person who comes after me is call and when I asked why they keep passing them if they answer you will be next. They used to be good but the services is terrible will never go back to a place where they care so little about the patients. I waited for 3 hours no joke, I was told I was next for 2 hours false statement. So sad that you feel bad and don't get the help you need supposed to be an URGENT CARE so pathetic. I ending going to the ER which I was trying to avoid to paid a $250 COPAY oh well your health doesn't have a price. I will be checking my insurance to make sure that they do not have the audacity to charge my insurance for services that I did not received. I went to this place because I had what I thought was just a sinus infection. Thanks to the knowledgable Nurse practitioner, Sally, who took care of me I was diagnosed with pneumonia. It was a really bad case. It was a great experience, I was able to get an X-ray right than and the staff was very compassionate. I would highly recommend them. Thank you. read more

Have been attending this clinic for years. Clean, comfortable environment. Staff is always friendly, caring, and operate with efficiency. Sally, the Nurse Practitioner, is excellent-ask for her! Never once had a misdiagnosis from any of the staff. Do not go here. The nurse I spoke with was horrendously rude and didn't seem to remotely want to help you. Absolutely useless. Kept cutting me off on the phone every time I talked. All I needed was to speak to a doctor to ASK for replacement antibiotics for the ones I already been prescribed, given, and paid for because I am immune to this specific brand of antibiotics from illnesses previously in life.
