She found a vein immediately, drew the blood quickly and efficiently, and I honestly didn't feel a thing. Setting up a simple appointment turned into phone tag because they only have 1 person designated to handle scheduling. I scheduled an appointment that was several months in the future for well visit and to discuss other concerns. I was told any other reasons would have to be scheduled during a separate visit. When I tried to schedule the separate visit with the scheduler for the same day as my wellness appointment she told me their Medical Assistant indicated the insurance would deny my visits and I would be responsible for paying for my visit. I asked clarification and requested to speak to a Manager or someone in charge. After waiting someone named Emily got on the line. She was unprofessional and unfriendly. She didn't even identify who she was, nor did she confirm who I was. She was clearly annoyed that she was asked to speak with me. When I asked for clarification on what I was told in regard to my future visit she did not offer any information. I requested the matter be escalated to a higher level. She was so rude she hung up abruptly without even saying good bye. I later found out Wendy Buchi canceled my appointment. She never spoke with me. She's definitely not holding her staff accountable for their interactions with patients. It's pretty low a healthcare provider would cancel a patient's appointment without speaking with them. The practice is unfairly targeting a patient for requesting their concerns be escalated. Also, refusing to answer questions or provide clarification to their patients.

I went here for my first ever physical therapy session in my life. I honestly did not have any idea…read morewhat to expect at a physical therapy session. But after one session at this place, I went to a different physical therapy place. in comparing different places, this place was disorganized and unsure of these good reviews.. The parking in this place is fine. It's shared with other businesses. I went in and this place felt cramped. They had so much different equipments in fairly small area. Adding to that, there were a lot of people in the facility that made it feel more cramped. I met with my physical therapist and she evaluated where I'm at with pain and movement. I was there for a total of hour and a half for my first session and I only saw the physical therapist for maybe 20 to 30 minutes. The rest of the session was doing different movements, which was done with someone else. She would just tell me how many reps to do and what to do but didn't really explain anything else. She was also watching over so many different people at the same time. So if you're here to get one on one session, this place would not be for you. They ended my session with some icing and some sort of electrical stimulation. After that, they just told me that I can go home. I was surprised that they did not ask me to pay for my co-pay on my first visit. A few weeks later, someone did leave me a message that I owe them co-pay. When I called back, they said I didn't owe anything and needed to do some more research and they will email me. I waited for at least two weeks and call them back because I haven't heard anything. That is when they finally told me I did have some co-pay to pay. I wonder what would have happened if I did not follow up since nobody in this facility cared enough. Overall, this place felt very disorganized, cramped, not very hands-on.

(Can't fault them for patients needing to communicate with their provider, etc) Never have had any issues (say the two noted above) going in to the place. Staff is attentive and the providers definitely want your well being and put that first and foremost. So far, whenever i go in, my CNA I believe, is the type that takes vitals the og way. That takes skill! Quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, etc... so far no issues. Offices are not necessarily crampt but not spacious either. The courtyard outside(2nd level of building) is sunlit and open to have a seat and wait(only +1 person allowed per patient) or to take in the info from your visit, hopefully good news! There are a few caring…read moreand competent caregivers, (Julia and Vicki bring two of them), but majority seemed untrained to work with Dementia residents. Most likely they are overworked and underpaid as well. Medication mistakes are common and residents are not cared for with the level of care you are promised when you tour. Low Staff to Resident ratio with high turnover of staff and residents. This is the 3rd Executive Director in three years. Complaints are not taken seriously with little to no follow up. If you care for your loved one then this is not the place for them. If you put your loved one here you will regret it.
