Great service! Carey's provided a price match, delivery within 50 miles, and in-home setup/installation! I order my sectional on Monday and it was setup in my house by that Sunday! The quality of service has gone downhill in the last year or so. I have bought several items from them as have my friends over the years. I recently had to contact them for a warranty issue. They were less than polite about helping me. I had to pick out a different mattress due to them not making mine anymore and Chad acted like he was in a hurry and it was an inconvenience for me to pick one out. When they brought it to my house they discovered it was the bed frame, that I had also purchased from them, and said it need a part that was not supplied by the manufacturer, but he would order it for me at no charge and install for $60. They didn't notify me when the part came in I had to keep checking with them, I got busy through the summer and forgot about it. I get a text from Chad in October saying my time was almost up asking me if I wanted the part install for 70 some dollars, drop it off when they are in Spencer for $20 or thrown away. I have until the next day by 5:00 to decide. (Rude) GREAT customer service!! NOT!! Unfortunately I purchased the extended warranty on my new mattress from them and will probably have to deal with them again. At no time was I told my warranty would be in jeopardy if I don't get the part. Not sure who the owner is but they need to know how RUDE Chad was !! Read the return policy!!! It's 48 hours. No other furniture store anywhere in our area has such a short return policy. I ordered a leather Lazboy recliner. It was in stock at their warehouse but not on the showroom floor. I didn't feel the need to see it as I had purchased a Lazboy from them several years prior and it had been a good chair for us. The chair was delivered in a large box and left in our garage. It took me a few days to get help to unpack the box and bring the chair inside. Once I had it in the house I noticed the quality was lacking. The leather doesn't look, feel, or smell of leather. After seeing a small area of the chair that had a worn area (it was delivered to us like that) I looked up Lazboy reviews and there are PAGES of complaints. Multiple Facebook groups just about Lazboy complaints. Many because the "leather" wears off. Lazboy does have a warranty but it DOES NOT cover normal wear...which would cause the "leather" to wear off. I called Carey's to return OR exchange my chair and was rudely told "No, the window of time to do so has passed." I called on day 4 of having the chair. Days 1-3 it sat boxed up in my heated garage. Do business elsewhere and you get 30 days to decide if you like your furniture. read more

I don't know why I went back to get furniture here. They honestly just suck for service. Purchased 2 recliners for delivery. You are unable to schedule a delivery day or time. Instead they will text you what works for them. You will get a days notice. If that first date don't work, they will put you back in the 2 week rotation. If the second date don't work, you have to go pick it up from the store. Guess they think no one has a job, school or life? Whatever. Anyways I make arrangements for someone to be at the house. I did the bronze delivery which is threshold delivery. According to delivery guy that apparently means they leave it on your sidewalk outside the door. Guess they have a different understanding of the word threshold because that is not it. I had my parents here to wait for the recliners both of whom are in their 70s. The delivery guys were rude and didn't do proper delivery. Maybe they need to look up the definition so they know for future reference. I don't recommend this business at all. Again they suck for service. Go elsewhere and get better treatment than you will ever get here. read more
