I did, they fixed it and "touch wood (or rubber)" it has been 6 weeks and it's still holding air. They saved me $1500 by going the extra mile. They have my approval

I called them up one day & told them what I was looking for. They gave me a quote. I called around & got a couple quotes from other tire shops, I also looked online. These guys had some fair prices, so I called them back and they put in an order for my tires, said they'll be there the next day. Next day I drove out to Surrey, they are across from the Scott Road SkyTrain station. They greeted me outside, had me pull up, then got to work. I was so impressed at how efficient they were. The installation was 25-30 min. I feel much safer with new tires. These Toyos are solid and have the M+S rating for winter on the S2S Hwy. Every single person working was friendly, from the guy who took my booking over the phone, to the installers, to the man who took payment. I highly recommend them. You can skip the Costco crowds & CT, go here, and support local business for the same if not lesser prices.

I had to go to another company to get the repairs done from the damage they caused. If you must buy used tires, I cannot advise strongly enough to go elsewhere!! Save your money, time and patience. Great guys both of them. New crew now, but I think I saw Marc today - but he didn't recognize me, it's been a few years. But even as an unknown face I get the best service and treatment possible. Usually shoot the breeze about cars for a few minutes as well - they aren't in a hurry to get you out of there - they just want to get the best for those who walk through the doors. After 30 years and six or seven cars I have come to them time and time again. Sometimes for a patch, sometimes to get a set of rubber. Every single time they are great and I'm pretty safety conscious when it comes to the rubber hitting the road. They've patched no end of screw/nail/whatever holes with the intent of getting you going, not the intent of getting your money. Case in point, I got a nail in the tread at the edge of a tire. Not that many kms on the treads and I didn't think that I could make it to B&B so I pulled into big K. They looked at the tire, said that it was impossible to patch as the nail had "likely" gouged the sidewall. But replacing 1 tire was bad practice so I would need all 4 done even though the kms were less than 100,000 on them. This was a late model Volvo SUV so the tires were not cheap and they "likely" saw my wallet and me coming. Well they also saw me going as I gently drove out and over to B&B. The team there pulled the rubber and actually took a look, seeing that the nail had entered at an angle away from the sidewall and a tread patch was all that I needed, so that's what they did. Go to these guys. They are honest, good natured, and do a great job. I really don't know how you could want anything more in any business let alone the ones that keep you safe on the road.

In fact, a number of times I stopped by to inquire about getting smaller things seen to (ie. burned out lights) and they were quickly fixed for free! Amazing! Their prices relative to the work scope, would be pretty much on par. In fact, on my last oil, change and tire rotation; a new pair of wiper blades were given & installed for free!
