I buy the car -- I send a truck -- you put it on the truck; boom, done. I'm trying to purchase a $50k vehicle from them -- I'm the buyer -- you should be attempting to get my money, I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get an actual salesman.

Mike recommended and added a performance exhaust system to my Mustang that's so close fitting when I drive; it's hitting the car's sides. When I tried to have a construction conversation about making an appointment, he was backed up for a month and has an attitude. Once I get my car in for the repairs, his credit card machine is not working. I asked politely when the machine would work; he said, "That's why God invented ATMs, and you're going to pay me cash!" It's the worst shop I've ever dealt with, but never again.

After reading some of the other reviews of Route 14 on Yelp, I can't help but wonder if the customers giving bad reviews were not reasonable people themselves. (Seriously, what muppet writes a bad review because they paid $22 for window switches????) Side note: Volvo sucks. They found a questionable loophole to not warranty an engine with 80k on it.
