All Seasons had a fantastic display wall with what looks like one of every chainsaw model available. I was able to examine all the models that interested me, check out the different options and make an unhurried choice. The store was also well stocked with weed eaters, rototillers, augers, branch trimmers... it goes on even into some E-Bikes. Then there's the Husqvarna wall and all the equipment they provide. The service department staff are fairly busy as it is an active store, but still they are very friendly and polite. I opted for the MS251C. They brought it out and gave me a quick rundown on its features and strengths. We got the warranty registration done right there and I'm out the door with some new equipment. It turns out that they will even check out my old saw to see if it can be turned in for a few dollars in my pocket. I am very satisfied with the service, my last purchase from them was 24 years ago and that saw lasted all this time. =============== Update I just returned from dropping off my old MS 310. They will refurbish old equipment and sell those at a discounted rate. So not only did I get a new updated saw, I also got a nice chunk of change for my old one to be recycled. I also got great service all through this process.

The old mower died out yesterday. I didn't want to take an 8 year old mower that was slowly fading…read moreand start throwing money at it. The blades are really worn down and the bushings on the front wheels retaining bolts are cracked broken with pieces missing. Now with it stalling after running for a few seconds, it looks like it was gearing up to be in the shop a lot. So today I had this grand plan of making stops at three different locations to compare models and pricing of mowers. As luck would have it, our first stop was our only stop. Tractor Supply in JC was it. As I was looking over the mowers and popping open the filters and lids, an employee came over on his forklift. He could see I was seriously shopping. He was real knowledgeable about the mowers and the differences between them. Turns out he is the one who puts them together when they get delivered to the store. He also told us if there were any issues, bring the mower back so the can affect any repairs and make it right. What can I say? The price was average for this type of a Zero Turn mower. It was also very sturdy with upgrades that make the work easier to get done. We've had nothing but great service from this location, so I decided not to waste the rest of the day looking and ultimately coming back here, so we bought the thing and they held it while I drove home to get the trailer. When I got back, there it was waiting and ready for me to load it up and haul it home. We really appreciate how the staff all take their work here to the next level. They all work as if the store was owned by them personally and they want to take care of their customers.

Deere has covered some of these costs, but every time it has been a fight to get them to either fix it to begin with or not take the easy route. For example, their tech said they'd just add a bunch of loctite to the wallowed out holes of the broken axle and it would "probably be fine". The POWER Take Off of course isn't included in the "POWERtrain warranty". I contacted the regional store, Tangent, and they said they'd cover diagnosis. They then tried to charge me $1650 to replace a $20 part where they just had to remove a fender and a wheel. After another fight, we widdled it down to $550. I was told by their tech to park it inside (which I always have) to avoid water damage (apparently a spritz of rain is all it takes to corrode the wiring system), but park it out in the sun and remove paneling when not in use to avoid mice. Now they won't call me back about buying a bumper-to-bumper warranty from them. It has all just been ridiculous. They fight you and complain when you ask them to stand behind their products. Tangent started better but ended just the same. I don't feel I'm being unreasonable to want my $35,000 investment to function. Go buy a Kubota or at least don't buy from Pape.

I did not have my model number, but he was unwilling to try and the part in my hand. I am buying a small tractor with a bucket very soon and will not buy it there. I called the manager and he was not only unapologetic, but told me I was rude he hung up on me. It is easy to see that their attitude comes from the top down. I am glad business is going so well they can afford to run off business. Do not buy or get service there..
