I can't give enough accolades to these people! Caring professionals from start to finish!…read more Louie and his staff answered all our questions prior to and during the sale. They spent an inordinate amount of time providing information about our new (to us) motorhome. Made us feel like they were caring for a family member. Dave went through the rig and patiently explained the function of each button. He made sure we understood and provided time to answer our questions. His expertise and caring attitude made us confident that our rig was safe and ready for us. Gary made sure we were happy with our purchase and that the additions we requested were up to our expectations. The work Chris did was exceptional. The wood was matched well and the shelves he installed were just what we wanted. So many exceptional interactions from the entire company. Care provided before and after our purchase was as exceptional. I wish all businesses were as customer service oriented and dedicated to perfection.

Told him I didn't care for the colors but for the right price I could forgo my color preferences. Offered 250k on a 299k asking price. His respond was "good luck" and "have a nice flight". Then proceeded to tell me they don't sell entegra cornerstone because their quality is junk. Seems pretty laughable that a used dealer that does primarily consignment wouldn't consign one of the top tier brands if someone wanted them too. Especially since entegra is owned by the same company as the Tiffin I was inquiring about (owned by Thor industries and is well known to have major quality/support issues since the buyout from Bob tiffin). I have no heartburn about not being able to come to terms on a deal, especially on a coach I clearly expressed upfront that I wasn't in love with, however the manor in which Louie responded was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He could've easily said the owner wouldn't accept that offer or even told me about other coaches they have available that I might be interested in where owners were more motivated to sell. Either way, there's a way to reject an offer and he chose to be disrespectful in his response thus losing a customer forever and as someone looking for their 4th coach, I'll definitely be sharing this feedback with everyone I meet along the way. Side note.... Really makes you think about the nice demeanor in their YouTube sales videos must just be the salesman in them not who they truly are. I say buyer beware if you're dealing with them as there's definitely another side you might not see. Final thoughts, my last coach I purchased from Beaver Coach in Bend OR, worked with Travis Tuma who was first class all the way and was my first call when I decided to purchase another, unfortunately he didn't have what I was looking for. Instead of rolling the dice with these jokers, give Travis a call and you won't regret it!

This is our third we have brought back up to almost new standards, or better. After three attempts with other businesses to solve some tough issues, we are back on the road without any major issues. One the way out of Oregon we found we had running water across the floor. Stopping in at Elite Renovation and Repairs the quicky discovered the leak was from the sink drain which on these coaches is buried behind all kinds of panels and is the result of poor quality plastic pipe used during manufacturer. Same issue with previous Windsor as the plastic gets old and brittle, and runs between the slideout and frame, it is bound to break from slide movement. Mark quickly disassembled the cabinets, removed the defective piping, and installed newer, higher quality piping, and we were back on the road in a couple of days. The way the piping runs, hidden from inspecting eyes, it was surprising how quickly he found the leak, fixed it with something that won't break again, and got us out ahead of yet another wet messy storm. Thanks Mark.

The condition excellent & price perfect for his budget so SOLD!! Process quick & easy and they said we'd have it in a weekish. Then, in the middle of the night the motel they were staying in caught fire, they were safe but now homeless. One call to Kevin & his crew and they had it ready for pickup by the next afternoon and our grandson was able to ride his little bike home to a safe place. We did the JC tour and were not impressed with…read morethe pricing, you could buy a house for that kind of money, so we started looking at pre owned campers. As luck would have it, we went out looking in January and it was raining like crazy.... which was good for us! One dealership we went to had water dripping out of the light fixtures, vents and down the walls of every single camper we looked at. We finally went to Summit and met Ray. It was still raining, but after looking through a few models, not one had a leak. I asked about that and was told that they like to seal the roof and edges for that very reason. We found a nice 23' that had been previously owned and was in good shape. We purchased that unit and enjoyed it for years, now, fast forward to present day.... As needs change, we found it prudent to list this camper for sale and we plan to get another in a couple years, but for now, we have other goals. We took the camper back to Summit and discussed doing a consignment sale with them. They made it so easy as we owned the camper free and clear AND we kept a folder of all the add ons and maintenance work we had done. We simply gave them a price that we wanted to get for it and that was it! After they ran through their quality and mechanical assessments and listed it on their web site, I received a call a few days ago that it had been sold and they have a check waiting for me! A little over two weeks and it was done! Ray and Jerry made buying AND selling through them so easy and painless that I can't imagine going anywhere else in the future! It seems that the smaller lots charge less than the larger lots due to overhead. Thank you Ray and Jerry, we will be back when we are ready for the van conversion!

Have you ever tried to locate a Body Shop for your RV?…read more I spent 3-years, traveled thousands of miles and spoke to RV Body shops from Arizona, California and Oregon seeking a company willing to tackle the exterior of my aging RV. I love the older RVs, and found one, 2008 Montana 5th wheel, I wanted to make my last RV. All repairs were done, and it was like new, but the body needed work! But despite my best efforts, I could not find anybody or shop willing to tackle the exterior without charging an enormous amount of money; and others flat refused to take on my project RV. That is until I met Sue at Bish RV Body Shop. Sue was the very first representative that took the time to explain the issues I could be facing with a complete exterior redo. She made very reasonable suggestions that helped me achieve the outcome I wanted at a price I could afford! Where we settled, J-Wrap replacement and painting, decal replacement, and trim replacement. Wow, wow, wow, what a difference this made. Sue suggested I seek out a company to wet sand and buff out he exterior. Her suggestion paid dividends and was something I had not considered before! To make this story's ending even better, I found a company in Carmichael, California (ABC Detailing) who would, and did, wet sand and buff out the exterior. DaNae, who owns ABC Detailing, did a beautiful job at a reasonable price considering I had a 40' RV! I could not be happier with Bish's RV Body Shop and Sue. Finding DaNae was the added bonus to bringing to a conclusion my 3-years RV exterior repair odyssey!
