Two items are lost, several items arrived broken. Floor (customer service) does not care. She argues that those items were never in the boxes, so no responsibility and no solution (even though they charge an insurance fee). There are also hidden fees. The company told us that our professional moving boxes were not good and they had to repack them and that would cost us €150 extra. However, they just used cheap Gamma boxes for repacking and forgot to pack some items during repackaging. The response is "the lost items are not very expensive, so what are you complaining about?". They also forgot to add duty label to one box, which caused a week delay with the delivery. Run by amateurs. I'd advise not to do business with them. read more
