There was a special delivery project I needed to help out with at work. We needed a company that was willing to think and work outside of the box (pardon the pun). Despite approaching several companies, these guys were the only one of two companies to respond. They gave me a rough idea of pricing. I found this to be helpful as we didn't quite have our addresses ready yet. When it was time to ship, everything went as planned and they delivered the gifts as requested, in a very timely fashion. When there was one hiccup and it was thought that a gift had been missed or not received, they were able to quickly get us the singing information (despite it being the Friday afternoon before Christmas). I found the owner to be very professional and customer service oriented. I know what we wanted while not hard, was complicated. The service rep said that there was an attempt to deliver twice and that they sent it to the warehouse. This blows my mind because I've literally been home all week working on assignments, so unless they're delivering in the middle of the night, then there's no possible way they actually attempted to deliver. I can't believe Fido, a reputable company, uses such a disgrace of a delivery service. I walked all average my neighborhood knocking on doors to see if anyone had recieved my package. Nope. DHL is debatabley the worst currier service in existence. I would give them zero star review if possible. There is also no way to contact customer support and talk to an actual person to resolve the problem so no accountability on their end.
