Leroy and Jeremy are always very friendly and helpful. I have taken my van to them multiple times. I appreciate that they are upfront about what needs to be done with my van and what the costs will be. I took the van in for several different issues and they talked me through the options and discussed what was important to fix ASAP and what I could hold off on. Vehicle repairs are expensive everywhere right now, and it was nice to not be pressured to do it all at once. I was 90 minutes into a trip from KC to Arkansas last week when my check engine light came on. I pulled in and Jeremy had the truck hooked up for a diagnostic within 10 mins. He and Leroy checked into parts and gave me the options within 30, sent someone to make the hour trip for parts, and had me on the way within about 3 hours, all for a reasonable price.
