My wife and I went here to watch Jumanji 2 while we were in San Juan and it was a good experience. Ads alternate between English and Spanish. Mainstream movies are mostly in English with Spanish subtitles. They do have a good variety of Spanish audio-only movies too. The best thing about this theatre are the prices. Honestly $4-6 cheaper for tickets than a movie stateside. The food and drinks are extremely cheap. A good comparable is my wife and I spent $30 here, which would've been about $45 in our local theatre in Virginia. The other positive is that this theatre is located in one of the biggest malls in Puerto Rico. You'll easily find something to do here while waiting for your showtime.

I said something to this person and they moved one seat away from me. This guy was talking on his cellphone most of the movie and talking pretty loudly, what an Ahole WTH ??? The other time it looked like theres was a field trip from a old people club or something and they wouldn't shut up throughout the dang movie. I suggest there must be an employee inside the theaters making sure these things doesn't happen and maintain order, It ruins the experience of watching a movie and being able to listen to the dialog. Please DO SOMETHING about this.

The concession stand has more than just the traditional movie theater food. They also have a café, gelatos, and choices like pizza, burgers, korean chicken wings, sandwiches, mac n cheese, quesadillas, and more. We ordered the wings but they were out. It seems that is one of the best sellers. So disappointing... next time. We ended up getting the Loaded Fries (Papas Supremas), the Boricua VIP Burger, and some mozzarella sticks. They delivered them to our seats without any mistakes. It was a lot of food. We ended up taking the fries home. The food is really good, even better than some restaurants. We also bought beer at the bar. As for the seats, they were very comfortable. They recline and have foot rests and tables. The theater was also very clean. Overall, our experience was great. All the amenities, the excellent service from the staff, and the food enhanced our movie going experience. We will definitely be back, hopefully we will arrive earlier to enjoy the lounge.

Overall, I've always liked this cinema, but it just never stood out from the others in San Juan and Guaynabo. Add to it that it was the farthest from me and it became my fourth choice. Since then, it has undergone several upgrades. One of them is the 4DX room, where the seats move around and you get several special effects thrown at you during the movie. Just like for some rides at theme rides. My wife and I decided to check it out when we saw Top Gun: Maverick. Overall, it was fun. It helped that the movie was also fun. However, it's not something I think I'll do again. It's one thing for a short ride, but for a feature length film it's a bit too much and gets old. Again, this is a nice cinema. The staff does a good job at keeping it clean and ordered. However, unless the movie I want to watch is only screening here or I decide to give 4DX another shot, it'll still be the 4th or 5th choice.

Before Caribbean Cinemas introduced their VIP Cinemas (in San Patricio Plaza and Distrito T-Mobile), this was the theater to go to with the comfortable leather seats, beer and wine, and the gourmet food options. Depending on who you are dating, this is a good place for a date. Same thing for couples with kids. This will provide a nice escape. Theater validates parking. I believe you end up paying a $4 flat fee instead of the regular hourly rate. Also, the Popular Center building has easy access to the Hato Rey train station, in case you live or are staying near a station. Make sure to confirm the time of the last train if you plan on catching the last show.

To top it off, you can have your food delivered to you while you're in your seat in the theater, if you really have to be waited upon.
