Everything was immaculately clean and perfectly decorated.. pink touches everywhere, gorgeous floral wallpaper, fun neon signs, and the most inspiring quotes for women that instantly lift your mood. It's the kind of place that just makes you smile the second you step inside. They even have fully stocked fridges (including Diet Dr. Pepper which is my favorite!), which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Lisa. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where I immediately felt at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about every person who walks through her door. Our conversation meant so much to me, and her kindness and openness are something I'll never forget. I also had the sweetest surprise getting to meet her adorable dog, Abbie, who is just full of love and completely stole my heart! This visit went far beyond just getting a PERFECT spray tan... it felt healing in a way I didn't expect. After a difficult season in my life, this was a big step for me, and Lisa made it feel not only safe, but beautiful. Lisa was a gem and made sure to talk through all my options to really make sure that all my concerns were addressed. The inside of this place is also gorgeous and profusely clean. They have a nipple covers, hair ties, nose plugs, chapstick, anything you could need in the room, PLUS snacks and drinks in the waiting area. I did have a tiny bit rub off on the inside of my white dresses throughout the weekend, but I sweat like no one else so I am sure that is the cause. The rub off will come out very easily though with dry cleaning and preservation so not concerned a bit. All in all, I will only be coming to Southern Tan Orlando from now on to be tan and glowy!

Another non benefit with this cheap experience is no longer able to store lotion. Customer service clearly not a priority. Skimming a bit too much off the top which I would guess is not worth it when considering customers that have been coming long term and don't appreciate the bare bones treatment. These type of changes are a bad look and not worth it to sustain satisfaction to at least be able to wipe our hands, feet from the spray. Better than the old smell of spray tans back in the day. Valerie is professional, takes pride in her work and follows up the next day for any issues which there were none. Despite feeling timid for my first spray tan, it went great. I was terrified that I would come out orange but the color turned out perfectly. The whole process was really the best part. Valerie was really informative and sweet. She walked me through color options and showed me photos so I could decide how dark I wanted to be. She came with everything, including lighting. I was nervous like I said going into this but I finished the appointment feeling like a celebrity who gets special at home treatment but at an incredible price. I don't see how I could tan any other way now. I will be telling all my friends about this service!
