Lacking in professionalism and customer service. Left with a white spot on my neck and speckled feet. Had always been a place my group of friends had recommended for years. We will now be going elsewhere. So many things regarding the reply are very false. 1. I did NOT have to wait. You took me in immediately but told me "you're going to have to wait until after other customers." with an attitude immediately as I walked in the door. Completely fine and understandable to wait! It was my fault for being late! I replied-"that's fine! I'm just happy you could fit me in!" 2. I called and spoke with a kind gentleman explaining I would be late and offered to PAY for the cancellation and he told me "don't worry about it! We will fit you in! Don't hurt yourself getting here!" He was kind and understanding. I told him if he didn't have the time, I wouldn't bother coming in but would still pay for the appointment. 3. The speckles weren't white! They were orange! Friends pointed them out immediately at the wedding. The back of my neck had a white spot that wasn't sprayed properly. 4. Solid spray tan. Service was great here, and I felt like a lot of effort was put into making sure my tan was even. I appreciated the baby powder dusting so I wasn't totally sticky following the tan. I did the rapid tan and had good results. I am a medium skin tone and chose to go dark, and the tan seemed to have a slight orangey tint the next day. This didn't bother me, but if you're fair skinned keep that in mind. I wish my stomach had turned out a bit darker, but overall my tan was great. The formula wasn't super smelly, and there were no weird streaks or splotches. The process was fast and thorough, and the room was clean. I'm a big spraytan fan, but I always go to the same place back home. Now that I was on holidays in Orlando, I had to try a new one. And BOY was I surprised! The staff was really nice, the place looked okay, and I decided to just 'yolo' it. I chose the rapid spray, so I didn't have to wait that long. It only took 15 min and I looked pretty and bronze right away. I showered after 2,5 hours and I was a little sad at first because it seemed like I washed everything off. We got the spray tan that requires you to shower within a few hours and when you wake up, your tan will be fully developed. My review is based solely on customer service since I was never actually able to get my spray tan. The man I spoke with on the phone was super pleasant and accommodating the first two times but when I called back later to try and clear up an outstanding charge he was significantly less so!! I tried to explain that I had not received any response to two previous emails and he told me he had never received them (I checked the emails and they are the same address as the one posted on their website) and acted like I was being somehow unreasonable. I am a firm believer in getting more bees with honey and was more than willing to accept some reasonable solution but before I could even outline my issue he treated me like I was completely irrational! By the end he finally yelled that he would just refund the money just to get rid of me but a week later that still has not happened. I apologize to the technicians who actually do the tanning if this reflects poorly on them since I never had the opportunity to get that far. But I don't believe yelling at potential customers is EVER acceptable!!!!!! read more
