Traveling through town with our travel trailer we had an issue with our F250, stranding us. Lori in service took my call. They were booked through next week, but she went out of her way to give us some great referrals to other places - which was invaluable. Massive Kudos to Lori! read more

The people at the front counter have been great. The real problem for me is the issue with the noise in my new truck that I tried to have addressed. After two years of mostly unsatisfactory response from anyone past the front counter they said there was nothing wrong with it. I gave at least 5 people from the dealership rides in this truck and everyone of them listened to this noise. My salesman who sold me two new trucks and who I considered my rep at this dealership did absolutely nothing two help me in this regard. read more

Not happy with the service we received for our 99 Concorde we went to replace our shifter cable…read morefound out they broke the entire shifter. They didn't return our our calls or fill our order correctly. We asked for our headlight to be replaced they didn't. No organizational or customer service skills, when we complained the manager stayed in his office. We will never use them again nobody go here. They're really bad.

Thank you for quick service on a travel day for us... Unfortunately our vehicle decided to die while hooking our trailer up and had to be towed to Caribou Ford. Great service great staff, Ben and staff go out of there way for you. If you have a problem with your vehicle they act fast to get it in and out and even deliver your vehicle to your work if you cant get away and also pick it up that's service. read more
