Doug and…read morehis guides (Josh in particular) are hilarious so there is never a dull moment (not that there would be given how amazing the fishing is). Doug promised the best trout fishing I'd ever seen and he delivered. Hungry, aggressive trout, a secluded river and classic wilderness, complete with a bear and bald eagles. Doug's house doubles as a lodge and it is very attractive, clean, homey with sweeping views of the Fraser River valley. Doug's wife Terry cooks a fantastic breakfast before you head out and a great dinner when you return. On the trip, the guides worked their butts off to position the raft just right, advise on flies, lend you gear and even tie the fly on for you. We had a lot of laughs at night over their crazy cinnamon whiskey. I brought cigars and it was the perfect time to smoke them around the campfire. We had a trout or two as an appetizer to the meal--delicious. I could not have asked for a more satisfying and enjoyable trip.

On the beautiful clear evening of July 22nd my 4 dogs and I were hiking along the banks of the Fraser River. Suddenly my Pug Chilli, strayed too far down the embankment. The loose gravel gave way under her feet and she tumbled 200 feet down into the rushing Fraser River. Fortunately she was able to swim to safety along the shore. She appeared to be uninjured but she was trapped. The only way to reach her was by boat. I called local Search & Rescue who put me in touch with Doug. Doug was eager to help and we made plans to head out on the river in the morning. Chilli would have to spend the night on shore. Doug arrived on time and ready to go in the morning. As we made our way down the river Doug was friendly and tried to ease my worries about my poor little dog. Doug's equipment was in excellent condition and he easily traversed the waterways. He also seemed very knowledgeable about the area. A little more than 30 minutes had passed when we found Chilli. Doug expertly and smoothly guided the boat in between the rocks and the strong current, to enter the small area where Chilli had taken shelter. I quickly plucked Chilli from shore and we headed home. My last trip…read moreto them I asked for the bug deflector to be put on as per the claim, a hood adjustment and headlight adjustmen. The aftermarket bug deflector made the hood very difficult to close so I told them it was incorrect and for them to remove it. The crew was on lunch break so the woman from the front desk and I removed it. She was helpful. The shop crew had overtorqued three of the plastic screw grommets so they didn't back out properly. They also drilled an unnecessary hole in the hood and nicked the paint where they were gouging the deflector out to allow the hood support to be in place. The headlight adjustment gave me a perfect view of the ditch on the way home. When I complained they told me there is no left right adjustment and to contact my adjuster. The hood alignment was done well except for the height which the front desk lady figured out nicely. Very dissatisfied with this location

Staff is knowledgeable and make everything easier when it comes to my vehicle repairs. Fantastic experience every time, wouldn't go anywhere else!
