Once George got to my house and did his initial walk through, he recommended I get the Gold or Platinum Cleaning package. I decided to go with the Gold package. Once he was done, he called me to inform me that the carpets are in great condition and he was able to remove all the stains. Soon after, my property manager walked through the house and found the carpet was actually not in that great of a condition. I then called George to see if he could take a look again. He came by and spent about 20 minutes at the house (not really sure what he actually did while he was there). He then called me back and guaranteed me that the carpet was in good condition. Just yesterday, I had a potential tenant walk through the house and mentioned some stains on the carpet still. George is definitely a talker and charged me over $300 for a not so great job.

I read the reviews on Yelp and wanted to give this business a chance -- and I wanted to leave a review since there were only 3 available. I was happily surprised at how quickly my appointment was scheduled (I called on a Monday, Appointment on a Thursday). On the day of the appointment, I was sent a text when they were on their way and the person to expect (Kelly!). Kelly was great. He saw that my outdoor spigot needed replacing and showed me what was broken. Fortunately, his equipment could still work with my spigot and he went to work to identify the stains on the carpet using a UV light. The actual work did not take too long and the carpet looked great when he was done. I would recommend Kelly and the business if you need to have your carpets cleaned. The work was excellent and yes the stains were gone but I have never heard of someone up charging $400 for "pet stains". My carpets are clean but my budget is wrecked.
