Caring Companions At Home is an independently owned and operated in-home care agency. We have provided quality senior caregiver services to the East Texas communities since 1999 and are a trusted resource for seniors and their families. Caring Companions At Home is committed to providing seniors with quality in-home care. Our personalized and affordable non-medical caregiving services give our clients the companionship that they need to maintain their independence while remaining in the comfort of their home. All Caring Companions At Home caregivers/home care aides are highly trained and experienced in providing the care and services that are needed for you or your loved one. All caregivers/home care aides are employees. They are thoroughly screened and background checked DOJ Clearance and E-Verified with the Department of Homeland Security. All caregivers/home care aides are bonded, fully insured and TB tested.

Meet the Business Owner: Diane M.

Diane Mondini, Founder & CEO Diane started her professional life as a medical technician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. At Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, she majored in Allied Health. Diane worked for American Retirement Villas and Manor Care as a business administrator in their assisted living facilities. It was then that she obtained her Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license and began to form her ideas on alternative approaches for senior care. Not long ago, assisted living facilities or nursing homes were the only choices for seniors who needed help. Today, many seniors and their families find in-home caregivers to be an affordable alternative. Diane started Caring Companions At Home in January 1999 because we wanted to provide a higher level of in-home care and companionship. At that time, there were only a handful of non-medical home care companies in Orange County, California. People noticed the difference immediately!

Excellent caregivers and staff! Caring Companions At Home has provided care to my 84 year old father since 2010. My father started with just a few hours a week, just someone to help with meal preparation and driving to his appointments. In 2013, my father fell and broke his hip. Caring Companions At Home responded immediately and were able to transition into full-time 24hr care. My father's caregivers have become part of the family and love my father dearly! He could not get out of ICU until an oxygen machine was delivered to our home. Heart to Heart made that happen quickly so he could be home with his family at the end. We called and texted them all hours of the night and day and they were always knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Every time we requested their presence they were quick to show up. All of the employees were wonderful, but shout out to the nurse Brian. He connected with my husband immediately which gave all of us comfort. I highly recommend HTH and pray I never need their services again, but will definitely give their name to anyone I know needing hospice.
