I feel safe when I sit down with her, I've learned to cry, to let it out, to focus and put life in perspective. I still need Kaye, as at times I feel like my life is spiraling out of control. There is so much to do in my life that is pressing and needs attention, but, I choose to close my eyes to those matters, I want my life simplified, not to pay attention to the negatives from the outside, if I close my eyes, these things do not exist. At first the therapy seemed to have progressed, and I was elated that I'd found the right type of counseling. It seemed to push me to really face issues head-on. After delving a bit deeper and trusting one of the hypnotists(a mistake), I experienced an oddly judgemental wall. It was borderline manipulative and at best a little creepy. To be clear here...the therapy itself is not the problem. It's the rigid and unforgiving nature of this particular hypnotist. Left feeling sui***** for the first time in a while. I will never go back.
