I saw Dr Ritter had an x ray, no infection was viable. I was told I could see the oral surgeon or a Dentist hat does root canals . I left the office still in pain to decide who I wanted to see the tooth already has a root canal and cap. I called again to make an appointment with the oral suregon to have it extracted . I was told I would need a consult first. This is crazy it's just about money they don't care about patients it the patients pain. I will call another Oral Surgeon that cares go in for a consult and have it extracted,. I have nothing good to say about a dental office that would leave a patient in pain for weeks stay away from these sales people money is the only thing they care about.

Starting about five months ago, I called and, as instructed by the voicemail, left a message. I did this three times over a number of months and never received a return call. Finally on the fourth attempt I was able to get through. I made an appointment and was seen by Dr. Carlone's daughter, Mia. She was very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, she botched the simple re-cementing of the crown for which I was being seen. She did not remove the existing cement from inside the crown before re-attaching it; therefore, the tooth had a higher profile and caused a misalignment in my bite (all other top and bottom teeth in my mouth were unable to touch after she finished). She tried filing down both the crown and the tooth below it to remedy this issue without success. Then she told me the crowned tooth had likely "migrated" and the problem could go away over time. The (qualified) dentist I found immediately was taken aback by this treatment, as well as by the tooth migration excuse (not possible in three days, he said). And now, because he had to destroy the crown in order to restore my proper bite, I have an additional expense.

My husband had a dental emergency late on a snowy Friday afternoon. His dentist advised that an…read moreoral surgeon was needed. We called Greater Connecticut Oral & Dental Implants and they told us to come right down (even though we were at least 45 minutes away). Dr. Lee was wonderful--patiently took care of my husband, extracted the tooth, and we were on our way home by 6. Staff was also very kind and helpful, even though it was well past closing time. The next morning the office called us to see how the patient was. I was happy to report my husband had a good night's sleep, had very little pain was recovering well. We are very, very grateful for Dr. Lee and his entire staff.
