I've been going here a few years now and like their services. Staff is very friendly and prompt. I leave feeling cleaned and refreshed!

I called to have a tooth extracted because I was in pain. I was told I would need to see a dentist in their office first to get a referral. I saw Dr Ritter had an x ray, no infection was viable. I was told I could see the oral surgeon or a Dentist hat does root canals . I left the office still in pain to decide who I wanted to see the tooth already has a root canal and cap. I called again to make an appointment with the oral suregon to have it extracted . I was told I would need a consult first. This is crazy it's just about money they don't care about patients it the patients pain. I will call another Oral Surgeon that cares go in for a consult and have it extracted,. I have nothing good to say about a dental office that would leave a patient in pain for weeks stay away from these sales people money is the only thing they care about. read more

Given a non-competitive Invisalign quote of $5150 for my 15 year-old daughter. The staff seem friendly enough but certainly has the kind of "sales person" friendly because at the end of this experience it was "money by any means necessary" under the flag of "integrity." Greed has permeated so much of the American moral and economic fabric, and not to any great surprise, so is this business! "Inflation and material cost" are their justifications and pillows for sleeping at night. Are there any really honest service providers out there? I'm growing more and more cynical with each encounter/experience such as this. read more

I can not even give this place 1 star. They are dishonest about the bills . When I went there for my Son's wisdom teeth i was told it was covered by my insurance . I even was at the desk with the person who made the phone we both confirmed and got a confirmation number. I asked many time times with this office and they said we covered and I payed my deducible. so 2 years later we get a bill and no one would own up to it . Why bill me when they are told they were getting paid and not tell. Very wrong..... read more

Start with saying the staff is amazing!! Very nice very helpful. But was told my work was going to be done in office had gotten all the correct paperwork that I was told was needed to do it. Took over 4 months of back and forth not totally because of the dentist. Got what I was told to get had set up the appointment for the surgery had called 3 days before to ask for antibiotics and was told that I don't have an appointment when I was told a week before that I did. No one had called to tell me that it was cancelled only found out because I had called.was told it all could be done in the office but the day I called was told I have to go elsewhere to get it done which wouldn't have been a problem if I was told 4 months prior that that's what I was going to have to do but instead I was told to get approvals that I did and again when it finally came down to the time to do the surgery I only found out it was cancelled cause I called. Now I've paid them there money for teeth that are just sitting in my drawer that I can do nothing with until I guess I find some place to do the surgery. Again the staff and my dentist there are great it's the surgeon who told me one thing and decided to do another very upset been over 6 months now sence the first visit and still nothing say it one more time 95 percent of the staff is amazing love going there always a great experience. Just very disappointed with how my end of the deal is going still. read more

I would highly recommend this practice! In particular, Dr. Gilman, orthodontist, and Dr. Giuliano, General dentistry, have been just fantastic! They developed a treatment plan that supported my goals and met my needs, and are always professional, personable, and gentle. They are not handicap accessible. The parking lot is on a hill so you roll away in a wheelchair. Plus you can only go to the children's dentist in the basement because the office is not HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Going to report the office read more

All the doctors are great! They've taken excellent care of my mouth for yrs. Heang is an awesome hygienist, Dr. Juliana is great at fillings and so friendly. Dr. Peck worked magic when I chipped my bottom tooth, and I forget the dr. that extracted my wisdom teeth, but he did an excellent job. They're so good about payment plans and they have a nice schedule! read more

I was vacationing in New Milford, Connecticut and had a dental emergency. (I should note that I am a lifelong dental-phobe so the situation was particularly stressful!) Dental Associates of Connecticut worked to fit me in the next day. I was seen by dental assistant, Dawn, and Dr. Peck. Both were incredibly kind, gentle, and informative. They explained everything they were doing and made the process as comfortable as possible. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and with excellent quality. My dentist is Dr. Peck. I worked with this practice over 2 years to get my teeth repaired after over a decade without a dentist. They worked with me at literally every step. They helped me understand and take the best use of my benefits. They accommodated my difficult schedule, even after a couple missed appointments on my end. Each and every experience I had with them was positive. Robin, one of the receptionists, could not be more friendly or cheerful - she is the rare customer service person who seems to insist on finding your good side. The hygienists have all been extremely helpful. Dr. Peck himself has such an easygoing manner, he makes getting stabbed in the cheek with a needle seem like a lighthearted event. GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I can't say anything about Dental Associates elsewhere, but New Milford's is fantastic. Their reviews, excepting one over a handicap ramp, are all overwhelmingly positive, too - adding my Yelp to the pile as a thank-you for making fixing my teeth so easy and comfortable. read more
