I paid the co-pays at the time. They then sent me a bill for $1,032 and one for $1,000. I disputed the claims they did not do anything. 1st - they coded the procedures incorrectly and 2nd - they failed to even file it with my proper insurance company. They started threatening emails and then a statement - they would not provide a detailed billing statement after asking twice. I know Blue Cross/Blue Shield stopped working with them. Last time my wife was in for a broken wrist, we sat for over 2 hours in a room with plastic which looked like a mental health room before even seeing anyone for the pain. According to my Facebook posting, they have done this to over 400 others as well.

Luckily, I was saved by the Jedi Master of physical therapy, Tristin-Wan Kenobi, he was my only hope. Tristin-Wan used manual therapy and eased my inner Chewbacca tension. He guided me through exercises that felt like Luke's training on Dagobah--tough but transformative, and his encouragement was out of this galaxy. I've been going here for about 2 1/2 years after a couple of surgeries on my leg. I always get a one-on-one with one of their compassionate therapists. Every time I get to go, they make me feel like family, I feel more relaxed which makes it easier to work thru the exercises. I highly recommend Randy and his staff, the atmosphere at the clinic is very inviting, no anxiety like I've experienced walking into other clinics. I'm down to going occasionally since they have helped me so much! Randy and Angie's professional degrees offer specific techniques, which will target whatever ails you. Just go, you'll love them!

I was told later by other professional physical therapists the only way to puncture a lung is to be in a hurry or not paying attention. Don't go here. They provide mental health counseling, case management, CBRS services, peer support groups, and 1:1 peer support. The experience my family and I have had here has been great, and we feel very supported with our services. The office is comfortable and clean with great quality of service. The staff is very caring and kind. They treat you as an equal, they don't look down on you, and they are willing to help in a crisis!!
