I've been going here for about 2 1/2 years after a couple of surgeries on my leg. I always get a one-on-one with one of their compassionate therapists. Every time I get to go, they make me feel like family, I feel more relaxed which makes it easier to work thru the exercises. I highly recommend Randy and his staff, the atmosphere at the clinic is very inviting, no anxiety like I've experienced walking into other clinics. I'm down to going occasionally since they have helped me so much! Randy and Angie's professional degrees offer specific techniques, which will target whatever ails you. Just go, you'll love them!

I was told later by other professional physical therapists the only way to puncture a lung is to be in a hurry or not paying attention. Don't go here. Unfortunatly they are the "gatekeepers" for this practice. I talked to them far more often than the doctors. One is the receptionist & the other is their billing person. I called to find out the cost of a service & spoke to the receptionist. She interrupted so much & acted like I wouldn't be able to afford it that i didn't even get a chance to ask my question! After 5 minutes of being treated like worthless, poor trash I finally hung up in tears. Another time i just wanted to leave a message for my doctor. She spoke to me on a derogatory manner & refused to let me. These are only 2 examples of many instances of abusive conversations I had with her. I first dealt with their billing person when trying to resolve an overdue bill. The bill was $200. I couldn't pay the whole amount that day & wanted to make a payment arrangement to get it taken care of within a few months. The person in charge of billing refused to allow me to make a payment arrangement OR make a partial payment to reduce the amount she was going to send to collections. Yes, this was a charged situation & totally my fault. If she was just following their policies she could have explained that. Instead she was unnecessarily derogatory & rude. Again, I ended the conversation feeling abused & in tears. In April I had my Wellness exam. I'd spoken to the receptionist a few of times (and endured her abusive behavior each time) to get appointment set up. When I arrived at the office the receptionist demanded, "That's $235 today like we talked about." We hadn't talked about it. Wellness exams are free with my insurance. So I was startled. As a survivor of abuse I was already feeling triggered & vulnerable from my previous difficult conversations with her. If you have been beaten down by abuse, you'll understand why I handed over my debit card even though I needed that money for groceries. It is late June now. I still haven't gotten my money back despite multiple calls to their billing department & Medicare. They coded the visit wrong to Medicare & only reported that I paid $5 out of pocket. So it's looking like fraud. I called billing one more time for an update. Billing had a lot to say but nothing had been done. Frustrated, I demanded my money back, told them I'd be calling the Medicare fraud department, & hung up. Today I got a letter informing me they're terminating my physician/patient relationship & have 30 days to get my medical records from them. Still no check. I'm done. If i don't get my money in the next week I'm calling a lawyer. I'm tired of being treated like crap.

Patients in my experience have always been treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately foul language and threats cause a dismissal from the practice. It is very sad that the lack of understanding about billing medical procedures is the source of your discontentment.

I paid the co-pays at the time. They then sent me a bill for $1,032 and one for $1,000. I disputed the claims they did not do anything. 1st - they coded the procedures incorrectly and 2nd - they failed to even file it with my proper insurance company. They started threatening emails and then a statement - they would not provide a detailed billing statement after asking twice. I know Blue Cross/Blue Shield stopped working with them. Last time my wife was in for a broken wrist, we sat for over 2 hours in a room with plastic which looked like a mental health room before even seeing anyone for the pain. According to my Facebook posting, they have done this to over 400 others as well.

Last week brought me great disappointment...., lately my tooth under the crown(the one Dr Miller already filled with smth. couple years ago ) was pretty sensitive.So last cleaning after his assistant took 4 pictures,Mr.Miller told me to make a new appointment for some other filling and on Wednesday drilled few holes into it, but filled those with nothing ... After my question if he had filled it up as initially planned he said there was some silver in it (???)so if before my tooth(or what remained of it under the crown) was just sensitive during brushing,now it hurts to the touch and emits horrible odor .After my attempts to ask what should be my next steps and when should I come back Dr . simply told me :"Bye now". Ok , not a biggie next time I will only come back to obtain copies of my dental records. So , I guess all this NOLI NOCERE does not apply to dentists and now I am looking for someone to document and correct the issue. Also , I remember asking Dr Miller about my kids and when should they first see the dentist and he told me , that until certain age (I do not recall the exact number) there is no real need for it and my wife had to take my kids to Pocatello to kid's dental clinic.We all have dental insurance through my employer , so why not to bill them twice a year and save us a trip and give us peace of mind ? Guess they do not care about attracting and retaining new customers anymore.The lack of competition is a huge blessing in this town. New dentist is very young and honest about still training to do certain things,his receptionist is very nice and facility looks neat , however it might take him a while to build up the successful practice in our town , I believe he can do it with some hand outs and competitive pricing , but until then Mr.Miller can be sure , there is no much competition within the reasonable distance and not much motivation to make an extra effort. P.S. My new dentist informed me , that while drilling under my crown Mr. Miller damaged the neighboring perfectly healthy tooth and it had to be filled and I was charged for this too.So next time when you do not want to drive too far to get a better service, think what do you really save ?
