I think it's time for me to switch my son's doctor because i had concerns and voiced those on 2 separate voicemails yet never received a call back, it's been 2 weeks. There was minimal wait and the staff was super friendly. The break was beyond their abilities and they were upfront with us from the beginning and said we would most likely need to go to the ER. They were quick with their diagnosis and accurate. Unfortunately we had to deal with Portneuf Medical because we would have rather dealt with this establishment. PMC robbed us and this establishment was fair and helpful. We ended up waiting over 5 hours to get into the ER and only waited 3-5 minutes to see the a doctor and nurse here. Hopefully your child doesn't get hurt but if they do this is a great place!!!

First off, the artwork in the lobby and in each room is incredible and keeps the kids entertained while they wait. Reception is kind and friendly, and you are checked in and helped out by nurses and assistants quickly. There is a little bit of a wait to see the actual doctor but that has never bothered me because He is always genuine with his time with you and doesn't rush at all. We see Doctor Ty Webb and he is not only great with the kids/babies, but he is so knowledgeable and helps make sure that the parents leave feeling more confident in how to take care of their kids and all questions answered. When they hit about 6-9 months, each visit from there we have left with a new book to read which is great. We also get great literature to inform us about vaccines and the developmental stage of our child and what to look out for. Calling in has also been great, especially getting nurse responses back when you have question. Could not recommend this place or Doctor Webb more!

I had the misfortune of attending an exam with this fraud. He recorded the wrong information and lied in medical record, ultimately resulting in a denial from the VA. He asked me to bend forward so he could measure my forward flexion. I bent forward about 10-20 degrees (my fingers were unable to touch the top of my knees) and he recorded 90 degrees. He also lied on my side bending and inserted the maximum range of motion in all locations thus lying in my records. I would not do business with anyone that employs this PA and if you are a veteran going to VES exam with this man, I would suggest contacting them and rescheduling with a different provider. He will not uplhold his oath and you will denied benefits, as I was. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Dr. Simpson has gone out of his way to help my son and we are very grateful. He diagnosed my son with an unheard of condition and has almost cleared up the infection completely. Not only that, he has offered to do a surgery to fix the bald spots all over his head. Thanks Dr Simpson, you and your team are amazing and we appreciate all you do!

He interrupts, talks over me, visibly doesn't pay attention, and obnoxiously smacks his gum while he's talking. He loves to talk about himself and his family more than listening to what his patients have to say. Plus the office never called us to go over xray results. The front office is no better. Twice they overcharged me, and they messed up my son's appointment by mixing up his name/DOB with someone else's and then we had to wait around 45 minutes to be seen because they had to change the appointment time because of their mistake. You couldn't pay me to ever set foot in this office again. Kody has no business working with other humans, and the front office is completely incompetent.

But what has really been amazing is their after care... They've called me a couple times to ask how things are going, how things are healing etc, we even talked about an accident our cat had last time we were in the clinic for a checkup on the cyst situation and when they called a couple days after the appointment to check up on healing/antibiotics/swelling/discomfort they also asked about how our cat who we had to rush to the vet that morning was doing as well. I went in for a basic doctors visit to establish a primary care provider here in Idaho, as i just recently moved here. Danielle Bangeter is absolutely awful. Basically pretended that she would help me so she could get me to pay them (out of pocket) multiple times. Then after they had gotten my money, refused to fill my medication (after telling me they would) and I ended up having a seizure almost dieing and ended up in the ER. Within a week of our visit. Avoid this place at all costs. Scam artists. Doctors are supposed to help you. These people won't. The only thing they will do is take your money lmao.
