Both my wife and myself are patients of this surgery,we are both retired and having spent many years in the London area we have now experienced what can only be described as the best care in our lifetime. my wife is in constant need of care for multiple conditions and nothing is too much trouble for the practice. From personal experience I have on a few occasions been unable to get a appointment but this is an extremely busy surgery and I understand the difficulty trying to get something which is not possible but I have always been asked if there is an emergency and on reflection,there is seldom instances that could not wait, on one occasion when I had a pressing problem a doctor telephoned me and I was able to collect a prescription half an hour later. I cannot say any more about this dedicated team of doctors except that we are very fortunate to have them care for us,in saying this I must not forget to add our appreciation to the nursing staff at Carisbrook they too are second to none. read more
