we were driving cross country from the east coast pulling a 42 ft. fifth wheel in our 2023 GMC 3500 HD dually when the engine light went on and the info screen read " engine powering down." I didnt feel the engine power down, put we pulled off the freeway in Jasper, AL into a TA truck stop. The engine did not reset so we looked up the nearest GMC/Chevy dealer. Less than two miles was Carl Cannon GMC. We called and they said bring it in. I was able to drop my fifth wheel at there facility and pull in service. They appeared to be moderately busy, but they got me in. They have a service advisor for large trucks only. He was great. In less than an hour they were able to analyze the problem and resolve it. It had to do with a computer issue. Even though no pars were involved, there is still the price for time and labor. They would not take any money. I tried to give the service adviser a tip and he refused. This was a nervy experience that turned out great. I recommend Carl Cannon,s service dept to anyone who owns a GMC ! Thank you! read more

I made an Internet inquiry on this vehicle 2012 Corvette. I told him I was from another state and I wanted to make an out the door offer on the vehicle including taxes tag etc. I made the first offer they declined and then I countered and they excepted. Made it sound like the deal was going to happen I gave them all the info including a deposit to hold the vehicle till I get there next week. I get a phone call back oh the price doesn't include the tax. The new price is $1800 more. I said that's not what we agreed on however I guess the manager made a mistake. Which I highly doubt. They wouldn't honor the deal and expected me to come up more money. Horrible dealership I wouldn't do business with them. The manager didn't even have the heart to call me. I was trying to get a round about interest Rate for vehicle. he Asked me to do a credit report and I asked would it be a soft or hard pull and he said it would be a soft pull. Well he lied. It was a hard pull and it affected my credit negatively. He also tried adding on extra finance accessories which was something else we did not agree on. I declined to do business with them.
