Service didn't even inspect the car... just told me it was "out of gas"... even though my car said 44 miles to empty. I was told that was "just an estimate" (aka stupid female) and they put 5 gallons of gas in it & sent me on my way. Same thing happened 4-5 days later. Thankfully I was near home & didn't have it towed to the dealership. Fast forward 2 years and Honda issued a recall for my car due to a faulty engine fuel "propeller". Had recall fixed. I traded in my daughter's civic AND my civic to buy a new Honda Pilot. Tyler was my salesman and he was AWESOME! No bs, no haggling, he made it the best, easiest, and most satisfying purchase ever.
