He was ALWAYS available when I called last minute, and if he couldn't squeeze me in, his associate, Dr. Davis would step in (with my permission of course). Dr. Davis is just as great as Polk... They make a pretty dynamic team. Most of the receptionists are very polite (with the exception of a few bad eggs). One of the ladies still gives me a handful of cartoon band aids every time I leave, even though I have long since grown "too old" to wear such things. It's a really nice and makes me feel well cared for. Great family practice! If you're new to town, stop on in!

There is no such thing as HIPA rules in this office as patient information is discussed with others without patient concent. Also I have filed a Medicare fraud grevance against this office for invoicing patients one amount and billing Medicare another. If you are not from Nacogdoches, don't go to this office. The Doctors do not want to address every complaint you have going on right then, they want to schedule you to come back for the other issue.....you know why?? So they can get that Co-Pay once again. I know a few good doctors that I've been going to for several months now and guess what? I don't have to pay every time I go and he also makes my trip to the doctor count because he covers every issue I have going on at the time and most importantly there is NO FEE for addressing a second issue or concern that you might have. So my advice to everyone who is considering going to them don't!!! Unless you just want to give out more money then what you need too.

This is a very bad sign. You are now on a staff members list! Dr. Lindemann's staff hates patients. Maybe you will receive a call and probably not. Patients are seen as an interruption. Dr. Lindemann is probably a good doctor. Her staff is not. Long waits for help. Complaining to the doctor does nothing. Maybe some good competition and a loss of patients would help. I do not recommend this Dr. because of her poor staff. But who knows.......maybe the Dr. trained them???

For less than $100 balance they say they can't see or even speak to their patients until their balance is cleared. not once have we failed to pay a balance. Not. ONCE. Again, hostage healthcare, and I'm fairly certain this is not legal. If I lived anywhere near the area, I would give them a very large piece of my mind. However, I live in Colorado and my daughter lives in Nacogdoches. There is no consideration paid for the awkward situation this causes with her healthcare. With one difference this visit. I got a copy of my $0.00. Balance. The very next time we went in they wanted to know if we was going to pay the outstanding balance. We paid astronomical fees for labs and procedures we absolutely didn't have done. This caught my attention. I started watching closely. The accounts and balances.
