Incompetence at every turn, not to mention they've changed our bookkeeper every couple of months.. then after paying for them for 8 months to keep up our books, in 2017 we took our books back, and discovered they did not do anything with our books. They then told us the monthly fee was for payroll (which is an outright lie).. They created a huge mess in our quick books that my wife had not been able to straighten out, and when we asked for their help (since they caused the problem) they began to charge us $95 per hour for bookkeeping services. The going rate anywhere else is $22 to $30 pet hour for bookkeeping, but they felt it was good customer service to GOUGE the company they they've already lied to and cheated. It's clear that they don't want my business.. and they've succeeded at getting this done by lying and stealing from us. This is all true, with no exaggeration. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use this company. You can thank me later for the huge bullet you're about to dodge.

Run away. I have never seen worse accounting and total disrespect for their job or customers. They…read morefailed to ever file taxes on time, made terrible mistakes repeatedly, and offered nothing but lame excuses. Employees lying about their mistakes and management sides with them rather than admit their lack of responsibility. After an egregious mistake they won't even take responsibility for or offer any type of compensation, other than levity . With all their help , I have never payed more taxes. They have even cost me in penalties, which should be their responsibility, but they are above that. Please look elsewhere, but if you do try their services, note how fast the staff changes around here. They have faster turnover than a fast food restaurant.
