I resisted telling him I had none of the lifestyle choices usually associated with this condition but he advised me that many baby boomers had been turning up with it. I agreed to be tested and sure enough I tested positive for HEP-C. He referred me to a Gastroenterologist that treated and cured me if this condition before I had suffered any liver damage. This is only one example of his awareness and ability. I originally selected him out of convenience. His office was located within 1 mile of mine. However I no longer work at that office but I gladly make a 21 mile journey to see him now because I find him to be a trustworthy and excellent physician.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. George's practice has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, it was clear that this office operates more like a business than a healthcare provider. They have multiple locations and, at best, an unreliable communication system. No one answers the phones, and when they eventually do call back--which can take several days to over a week--they seem distracted and disorganized. Getting my information across took multiple calls, and even then, they consistently got the details wrong. The initial telemedicine visit with Dr. George himself was disappointing and unprofessional. He was late to the call, despite knowing I was traveling. This forced me to take the appointment while in an airport security line, as I had waited as long as I could before heading through security. Throughout the call, he barely listened to my concerns, and I had to repeatedly remind him why I needed my diabetes medication refilled. By this point, two weeks had passed, and I was completely out of my medication--a critical issue given that it's the only way I manage my diabetes effectively. Dr. George then sent the prescription to my pharmacy, but he wrote the wrong dosage and included confusing instructions that the pharmacy couldn't interpret. This delay left me without medication for over a week, impacting my health and well-being. Fast forward to this month: I reached out to his office several times again as I was nearing my last dose. Once again, it took close to 2 weeks to reach anyone. When I finally did, I was told they'd review my chart and ensure I was back on track. They assured me the doctor would have my refill ready by Monday. However, on Thursday, they called to inform me I'd need to come in for labs before the refill could be processed. This requirement was not mentioned previously, and now, there's no way to get those labs scheduled in time. If they'd been thorough in their initial assessment, labs could have been scheduled weeks ago. The lack of coordination, follow-through, and basic patient care has left me completely off-track with my diabetes management. It seems Dr. Binu George prioritizes billable hours over quality patient care, and the consequences for patients like myself are serious. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable, compassionate healthcare.

I called back, same woman answered again, told me I had to be patient, put me on and extended hold. I could not get any resolution to my inquiry because they just play the game to put clients on hold so we would get tired of holding for a rep. Please stay away from this medical office. I said this before on other social media, this time I'm saying this again through Yelp. This office staff is not responsive to inquiries, also just to get a RX this office will bill your insurance for the highest office visit, if you have a deductible not met yet, you will have to pay for a pricey office visit just to get a RX written for you. I used to be a patient of Dr Rajendra Patel, recently retired. In all of those years of being his patient, I never encountered any issues with his staff much less billing issues. We did not show up to blame any one, we just needed help. He simply told us " This is not due to surgery" and that her stomach pains was not either. Well thank you Mrs. Kristen for helping my wife to the car and calling the hospital concerning our arrival. My wife bowels had stop functioning correctly due to her medication after surgery. Today was our next encounter with Mr. Jenkins and it was still the same unprofessional attitude. We came on time for our appointment ( I have the appointment card to prove it) We arrived at 9:17am for a 9:30 appointment, my wife ended up walking out the BACK at 10:30am begging me to help her to the car. That Mr. Jenkins was busy sitting in his office this whole time. How is this possible if not intentional? As I told Mr. Jenkins of his unprofessionalism, he asked me to come to the back. I went in complaining of pins and needles,…read morenumbness, visions problems, cognitive impairment, falling, tripping, dropping things.. etc. (Basically every single symptom of MS). Dr. Maloon looked at me all of five minutes and didn't even do an exam or check my blood pressure. When I was going over my symptoms he interrupted me and told me I was going way too fast for him to keep up. Seriously? You're a neurologist. Told me I had nothing wrong with me but he would send me for an MRI to prove to me that it's all in my head and there's nothing wrong with me. The office never called to schedule the MRI and when I called to leave multiple voicemails I received no call back. They literally blew me off completely. Dr. Maloon proceeded to tell me I just had migraines and sent me home with migraine medication. Migraine medications severely lower blood pressure in people who already have low BP. Which I do and he didn't even check it so how would he know? Very disappointed in this doctor. Beware. Don't waste your time here. You won't get answers. I went back to my Rheum who in fact did blood work and is suspecting MS. Sending me for an MRI and referring me to another specialist who will get me the help and treatment I need.
