That sounded like the coverage for the dentist I had been to for the past 15 years, so I booked the appointment. The "covered" checkup ended up costing $265 out-of-pocket and the filling that was estimated at around $200 came to $664 out-of-pocket. So a total of $865 out-of-pocket instead of the $200 I was expecting. The out-of-pocket charge comes as a surprise bill in the mail after you pay the initial amount that they estimated. So I had already had the filling done before I found out that "covered" check up cost me $265 out of pocket. The excellent dentist that I went to for the past 15 years was always very up front about cost and did not do business this way. This is absolutely disgusting.

After coming in for adjustments, I asked them about getting my permanent top dentures, after checking my records, the dental assistant told me to make an appointment for that. A few days later I tried calling them again but after a week or two of calling, I finally got a call back telling me I already got my permanent ones. After I hung up I realized it was just my bottom dentures they worked on. I have been calling for weeks and have not received a call yet. My top dentures are loose and keep falling out of my mouth without a lot of adhesive but they told me I had my top permanent ones. Which is not true. Now again they won't answer my calls for an appointment to get this done. I would never recommend this dental office since it is all about getting the money and not about how they treat patients.
