Yes, they are friendly, and knowledgable, there's never a wait and they always remember your name, but I finished my long and expensive orthodontia without feeling 100% satisfied with my results. The problem is that after all of the effort, time and money, not once did Dr. McGill ask me if i was happy with the results. And i was not. I had the feeling that they wanted to get me out of there since my case was difficult and lingering and I had finished paying up some time before. I would tell this story to friends and family who asked me, but would recommend that you stick to your own orthodontia goals, remember what they promised you when you paid and signed that contract, and don't let them shove you out the door after they remove your orthodontia and whiten your teeth.

The dentist I was scheduled with was leaving the practice, so I then understood the horrible service. When I rescheduled, I said I won't see that dentist even if she's available. Her and her hygienist were rude. I switched to the dentist my husband goes to at that location and I'm thrilled with her and her hygienist. My teeth are a mess from moving during covid and no dental office taking new patients. I take many meds that are horrible for teeth and autoimmune diseases that cause dry mouth. So needless to say, I've needed a lot of work. My new dentist has been exceptional! She's focused and friendly, which makes the time go by quickly. The office isn't pretty, which I don't care about. As long as the dentist is great, I'll continue to go. I've had the worst experiences at offices that are magazine worthy and ended up with a serious blood infection that landed me in the hospital.

The before and after is incredible. The office has a good vibe and the young ladies that work there are very helpful. The kids check themselves in upon arrival and no one seems to mind the braces with all the different colors! Dr. Loftus and the team gave plenty of instructions to my daughters and me on the importance of wearing the retainers after the braces are off to maintain the great teeth. Very positive experience! Because of baby teeth that did not want to come out (or grow in!!) we were probably one of their oldest patients. Dr. Loftus never put my son through any unnecessary procedures. He was always honest, caring, patient and NEVER rushed the process along with any unnecessary painful and costly procedures. They have always made appointments to work with school/work schedules and the Doctor has come in on an emergency basis to take care of my son when a problem arose. When I left a message with their service after office hours, not only did the doctor himself call me back immediately, but he told us to meet him in his office in 15 minutes where he treated my son with a smile on his face!! Not only did Easton Orthodontic Associates meet my expectations, they have by far exceeded them!!! My son's smile is worth a million dollars - his teeth are absolutely PERFECT because of them!
